My experience with Dr Risley and his nurse Tanja has been incredible. They always take amazing care of me and know exactly how to treat my issues. Their office is clean and they are very professional. However, the front office lady - Kelsey - is a another story. Twice now she has fumbled my appointments and mismanaged my referrals. Their company recently changed their tax ID and “ooops” she forgot to tell my PCP about it. She called me 1 hour prior to my appointment to tell me this news! So I have had to take off work two times now only to find out that “ooops” Kelsey didn’t do her job and my appointment has to be rescheduled yet again.

Closed due to weather. They didn't bother to call nor did they bother to attempt any form of communication about closing the office, no phone calls to either phone, no text, no email, no bicycle courier, smoke signals, telegraph, pigeon post, spirit guide, or telepathy. Nothing. They just closed the office and ran away. I drove 50 miles one way to get there, only to drive another 50 miles back home. Toll fees, gas, dog sitting fees. Yeah, that little drive cost me $31.80. Nice of 'em, huh?
