Lisa Clark's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to Dr. Clark for around 15 years. She listens to me and addresses all my concerns. I love the whole staff here. It is great to have that small town doctor feel. Someone who knows you well, and really cares about you.

"5 star" primary care physician, and unlike so many physicians, I've never felt like she over-books.

Dr. Clark has been my primary care provider for more years than I care to count. She and Keta always take the time to discuss my conditions and my concerns. It is important to note that her office hours are limited (closes at 2 p.m. daily) and she no longer accepts Florida Blue. Because of the insurance, I may have to change providers soon but I really hate to. It's rare to find a doctor as good as Lisa Clark.

I should have listened to all the bad reviews that I saw before I became a patient!! They said she was snarky, and they were right! But I still thought I would give her another chance. Then I injured my toe which needed immediate attention, but when I called at 11:30 AM on Thursday, I was told that she couldn’t see me until Monday! The nurse I spoke to refused to even check with the doctor about this! She was cold and unapologetic, and advised me to go to an emergency clinic. The doctor’s hours only go to 2 PM which is apparently set in stone with no possible exceptions!! Time to look for a new physician!

My experiences with Dr. Clark have been awesome! First of all she is smart, experienced. Another trait that makes me trust her with my life is her empathy and her ability to actually listen. Dr. Clark and her team, Keta, are trustworthy, competent and compassionate. I give her 5 stars!

I see a lot of bad comments here but I have seen Dr. Clark for many years and she is the absolute best doctor I have ever had. She explains what has me down thoroughly, understands that I don't want meds that impair my ability to think and gets me back to work in the shortest amount of time possible. In the years I have known her, she, along with a general surgeon in the area, have saved my foot from amputation after emergency room doctors screwed up treatment from a bacterial infection set in from a fish bite! She is knowledgeable, intelligent and gets me right in to specialists when things go outside her scope. And she is always trying to SAVE ME money! She is absolutely caring and empathetic! The staff is always friendly, no matter what kind of crap my insurance company throws at them. Her hours are her hours and she has the freedom to set them, but with that said, I have never had trouble getting an appointment. My wife and daughter love her as well! I don't know what we do if she decided to close up. Finally, her office is hardly in a shopping center! The Fountain Plaza is full of professional offices, not stores.

If you’re looking for an accessible doctor don’t go here. No one returns calls to you or other providers needing records from Dr. Clark. She’s dismissive, aloof and has an attitude of superiority. She behaves more like an unhappy, teenager. If you ask her any questions she either won’t answer or she’ll google the information..seriously, that’s frightening in itself.

Office is almost never open, they don’t return phone calls from you or another doctors office needing records. There is no answering service or an on call doctor and she will not return calls...EVER. She’s aloof, rude and incompetent. Stay away!!!!

Would never go to this dr. It's all about the money not the patient.
