I have been going to see Dr. Mara Fiorentino since 2009, She is very caring and concerned about her patients. Dr. Fiorentino is always there if we need her. and always ready to listen when it comes to medications or any other things that we need to talk about.

One star feels generous. Spent 11 months on the waitlist. Sent them everything they asked for. From a consent to talk to my therapist to bloodwork. Was told over and over “expect a call to schedule next week”. 11 months. Called them this week to tell them to delete all my information and not to call again. Absolutely ridiculous mismanagement. Unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst "physician" I have ever encountered. Terrible patient care and shouldn't be trusted for medication treatment for young children. Horrible conduct and unprofessional behavior from this women. Stay away!

Awful Experience Ms. Florentino should not be a practicing physician. She is incredibly unprofessional and should not be trusted for medication treatment, especially for children. Her conduct and behavior is beyond terrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS LADY!!!

Absolutely horrendous experience with Ms. Fiorentino. Do not trust this lady with medication treatment for your children. She was completely dismissive and disrespectful to our concerns with the medication she prescribed to our child. She interrupts and won’t listen, and expects you to do whatever she says without question. She is by far the absolute worst medical “professional” my family has ever encountered. I don’t know how she hasn’t had her medical licensed revoked. Terrible, terrible practice.

Dr Mara Fiorentino, in Destin, FL is the only psychiatrist who offers treatment to patients who receive services through Medicare, Tricare, and commercial medical insurance in a 150 miles- radius. She is not only well trained and knowledgeable, also is kind and generous. My experience with her, and her staff: Annette, her patient coordinator, and Kathy, a mental health counselor, was excellent. You have to wait for your appointment, and be patient. You will never regret having her as your confident, counselor and medical professional. Thank you Dr Mara for your hard work! ??????????????

Not fit to practice mental illness or health By tele health conversation on two occasions, she talks over you, she is loud and unaccommodating . She is intimidating and although her credentials are excellent she has lost the ability to be humane and understanding before one gets thru a conversation. For her profession, she lacks expertise in listening and comes across as a bully.
