I was very impressed with the compassion Dr. Critides has. He didn't push me for one decision or another. Let me make the decision best for me. I found him very patient and personable. I've worked in health care and generally found most NS as arrogant, if not condescending. He was a pleasant surprise.

My husband broke his neck in two places with spinal cord damage and Dr Critides was on his feet operating over 9 hours from the front and the back and then saw him back to his room and spent another hour on his feet explaining everything he did to me and answering all of my questions. After some rehab Gator is 100% & is doing anything he wants to do and did before. With his extensive military and work in natural disasters & around the world, I doubt you could find a human condition he hasn't seen & did his best to fix. We thank God for giving him a special talent and having him pass through here when Gator had his accident.

Doctor Critidies and his Physician Assistant was very informative about my spinal conditions. The physician assistant whom I saw during my visits explaining and showing me what was going on with my spine. Explaining all the problems with my L3,L4L5, and S1. Havnis no space in between the vertebrae and how my muscle tissue will cramp and lose strength. It has been about 6 years since I was diagnosed with DiscFacet Diseasand my family doctor calls It Lumbago, which is a generic name for lower ckck pain. I wish Dr. Critidies was still practicing in Pensacola.

It took Dr. Critides 66 HOURS after admittance to see my husband - a fellow physician, no less.

Dr. Critides was a life saver for me. Having juvenile rheumatoid arthritis since age 5 I was a bit of a challenge for lumbar laminectomy surgery, but not for Dr. Critides. He performed my 6- hour surgery with no problem at all. He made me feel comfortable, and treated me with utmost professionalism. I can't thank him enough!

Did not feel comfortable at all from the very first conversation with the staff over the phone. My appointment with his PA and him left me feeling like I didn't matter and my pain was and condition was not important to him at all. No bedside manner or compassion .
