The nicest Dr. I have ever had, he explains everything and even gets you in in an urgent situation, I use the Destin office and the staff/nurse are great, I have referred multiple friends to him.

I have been seeing Dr. Chung for a few years now and have had many visits and a few procedures. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Moreover, when I was considering my options, many friends and colleagues recommended Dr. Chung without reservation.

Getting a vasectomy? Look no further ! Dr. Chung is the one you want to do it. Very comfortable environment, and you will be taken care of before hand as well. Very smooth 30min process, and of course it helps when you have someone with a sense of humor. Trust me on this 3 days of pain and $$$ vs. 18 years and upwards of $$$$$$. This decision was an easy one. Look no further men you are in the right spot.

Doctor requested a test be done at home. I asked the front desk staff if it was covered under my insurance. They said yes, but it wasn't. Now I'm stuck with a giant bill for a test that was no help whatsoever.

it does take more time than I'd like to get an appointment but Dr. Chung is efficient, answers questions well, is thorough in his explanations and overall easy to work with. His staff is also very easy to work with - there are very few strong urology professionals in the area, making Dr. Chung in demand and harder to schedule.

My PCM referred me to see Dr. Chung called and no appointment’s till May 2021. This wasn’t going to work for me having a bad infection. My PCM then had me go to Sacred Heart ER said Dr. Chung was the Hospital urologist and I would be referred to him. Well I called the office and the very rude and unprofessional staff member stated my paperwork from the hospital never was received. I asked her if she could get them or at least make me an appointment for earlier than May and she said NO. She was very rude and disrespectful I wouldn’t go there if he was the last urologist on earth. The staff member who was very rude was not the one who answered the phone but the second person who you speak to. Dr. Chung needs to get her attitude adjusted. Sick people don’t need to be put through that treatment. If I could give —-stars it would be negative 5.
