Never ever will I step in to this place again. Omg !

My husband went for his annual and after labs they called two days later and said they lost the urinalysis. He would need to come in but they made him wait 2 and a half hours to pee again still waiting arrived early didn’t matter. IHe is a 72 year old man . Must wait in the car and it is hot ! Terrible !

I have always received exceptional care. Being able to have lab and x-rays all in one place is a plus. This has been a challenging year for people in health care and everyone at this office is kind and caring.

This place is a joke too disorganized. Called several times to get lab work done. No answer straight to voicemail this after 8:00 am. The answering service says lab opens at 8:00 am. I get there the 8:15 am staff tells me I can't get my lab work done there because they under staff. They only doing Lab work for the Destin clinic doctors not the other White Wilson clinics. They should have that information in their voicemail so people don't waste their time going there. This is the second time I had a similar experience. The first time the doctor when on vacation they didn't bother let me know or change my appointment. They told me when I got there for my appointment. Won't be going back to this clinic.

I was never really impressed with the White Wilson admin staff (the medical staff was fine), then I had an issue with my prescriptions. I told them I wasn't going to make it to my next appointment on the medication I had, so they insisted I come back into the office the next week before they would write another prescription. The problem was the medication was needed right then. Sorta dumbfounded at their flatfooted response. Very tone-deaf and irresponsible. To be sure, having the girl who answers the phone decide if someone should get medication they need without a visit is not something I'm willing to put up with.Edit: I also had an issue with a letter needed for a vaccination. I had a letter written by THIS OFFICE that said what it needed to say except it needed the info of the practitioner who signed it. I asked them to cut me the exact same letter (no changes to the content whatsoever) and the refused. They said they hadn't seen me recently so they couldn't help. Fortunately the vaccination people aren't as obtuse.In both cases they have a non-medical receptionist making decisions about people's care or needs. I don't like having to satisfy a know-nothing gatekeeper to get what I need. It's like they don't know I'm the customer here.

Dr. Reno is the best. Always listens to every concern I have as a parent and never makes you feel stupid like some doctors do.

Everyone seems very knowledgeable and friendly. Was a little hard to schedule an appointment, but I understand Covid has a lot to do with that. Just keep that in mind if you are looking to be a new patient here. Worth the wait though, if you can!

I cannot stress enough how happy and thankful we are to the whole staff of White Wilson medical center in Destin, my young husband of 39 years old had a grand mal seizure that was so major he did not remember the last few years of our life. The scheduling staff got us in the next day after the er visit so thank you for that! First we saw Mira and RN Dixie Allen, they were both not only extremely nice but thorough, patient and comforting. Mira returned my phone calls with questions I had in following days and scheduled us quickly with dr Aubert, a neurologist that we are very happy with. They found an office working with our insurance for us and I’ll be forever grateful for it because to me it’s a black magic. Today after a month we had a follow up with Lucy and Dr. Harned, he was amazing and answered all the questions we had, was patient and understanding of me having many concerns about my husband’s health and I cannot be more thankful, we will always come back to White Wilson medical Center for future needs. By the way Dr Reno is our kids primary care provider and we have been very happy with him for years. You made our lives better and making my usband feel better!!! Lots of love! Edyta and Travis.

5-6 year of being White-Wilson patient, with my recet experience, I have to agree that they don't care about paitents. With their frustrating telphone system, they tell you numerous times about Quality Assurance. But serving patient at critical times is not their priority. Suffering
