I have been Dr. Novak patient for almost 15 years she is great, no other doctor care more about her patients. Staff very inprove lately and is getting better with every visit. Very professional and welcoming you with a smile. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

Will not see you unless you have insurance. Would not call back and when we did call the receptionist was rude and hung up on us.

I don't know how to rate this. The staff was nice enough but I need to cancel my appointment which is in 2 day-time and no one answers the phone. No way to leave a message. No email. I don't want to do a no show but have no choice.

I am very sad to give this such a low review I had very high hopes for coming to this office & at first it was great, but this last year there is new staff & the office manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I called to advise them that my mother would be receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic & that they might be requesting records soon & the they proceeded to give me her opinion about how hard it is to make appointments and she didn’t appreciate that my mom was canceling hers. It is incredibly unprofessional to give patients your personal opinion on decisions such as this, and in the future I suggest keeping it to yourself.

Dr. Novak was my primary care physician for 27 years, and I can say unabashedly that she was much more than a great doctor; she was a great friend. I trusted her knowledge completely and was amazed at how well she listened. With all the weird medical issues I had...she always took care of me and was genuinely concerned about my well-being. I was blessed to have her in my life for so many years. You would be very fortunate to have her as your doctor and friend.
