The medical assistant Carla was amazing and the PA Rodriguez-Garcia was very pleasant and informative with my visit. He made sure a had all my questions answered and that I knew everything about my care.

My doctor is gone!In her place I have a new doctor who unfortunately does not listen to my concerns.I hope that Baptist can bring on better doctors.Great experience from start to finish. I only wish every health provider had such great customer service. I love my doctor, Maria Ordonez.

Great Director of first impression team, everyone is so nice, good parking lot, first time with Dr. Solti Gratz and it was a great experience. Highly recommended, he takes time to listen to you, to answer questions. Love Baptist ❤

The only appointment available was telehealth because I had a sore throat, therefore I may have covid.The telehealth appointment was set and I waited 1 hour on my iPad and doctor never showed up.I sent messages to the front desk, doc and nurse and nobody replied.

Excellent attention, all the staff are very friendly, the girl at the reception, the doctor's assistant and doctor Miguel Rodríguez García were very professional. Also the clean and comfortable place with easy access parking.
