Went in to just be safe and get my worries cleared. Upon arrival, one of the nurses read my symptoms and said out loud, gas pain is this a joke? Then called my name, no hello or nothing. Told me go to room and sit down. Then they started bringing a bunch of equipment and said we are gonna run a battery of tests on you. I said we havent even spoken about my symptoms, how do you even know what tests to do? The nurses response was we run tests then talk about symptoms later. I asked is all this covered by my insurance, and his response was thats your problem not ours. Made me feel completely unheard, and just a $ amount that they can profit.

Very unstable situation with technicians for mammogram either early morning or afternoonI’ve been missing my appointments four times cause there is no technician available : first timeTechnician had a personal emergency ,Second time Tech had to leave earlierAnd today there is no technician available this remind “really ??? even when the appointment has been set up 2 or 3 weeks aheadThe inconsistency of this location must be directed and fixed for the good of the patients .And the guy at the front office very defensive with the unpleasant situation of missing again and again the appointment.
