It was ok I didn't have to wait more than 15 min the only thing was that I was not sure if the doctor know exactly what to give for my pain.

The worst urgent care in Doral. I went for an allergy and received an injection by a nurse who punctured a nerve in my buttock. I have been in pain for more than a month and I have had to suspend a competition because I cannot train. I went and they didn't even pay attention to me, they only told me that I had to go somewhere else to do an MRI

Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice. I have booked four different appointments for a GP checkup over the last four months and each time they have called me last minute (literally) to cancel and reschedule the appointment. I received various excuses each time from system error to the doctor had an emergency right before the holiday weekend. Each time they cancelled my appointment I had to wait another month before they could reschedule it. This last time, I was scheduled to see Dr. Ordonez at 8:20 am. I took time off of work and made arrangements for childcare early in the morning so that I could drive more than 30 minutes to my appointment. I arrived on time to find out that they needed to reschedule my appointment for the 5th time. When I inquired about why they did not tell me this in advance or the reason for the 5th cancellation, I was told the doctor was not available and that there was no doctors in the office. The receptionist also falsely claimed that she called me to cancel and that she left a voicemail. I showed her my phone to confirm that I had not received any voicemail from her and in fact I received an automated text the day before providing instructions for parking and the address. I'm at a loss for words given the level of incompetency I experienced at this practice but am grateful that I did not entrust them with my medical care. If there are this many mistakes and errors in scheduling an appointment, I can only imagine what must be happening behind the scenes with patient medical care and sensitive medical records.

Tenia una cita planeada con meses de anticipación, me llamaron y me dijeron que tenian que cambiarla pq el doctor De Santis queria verme para analizar mi ultrasonido y laboratorios les dije que si aunque se tardaba mucho la cita seria para abril 16 2021 2:40 pm, andaba trabajando por Chicago y tome un boleto de avion para poder llegar a la cita medica, el dia antes me llamaron de la clínica para confirmar la cita hable con la muchacha y todo estaba bien, al día siguiente fui para la cita al llegar me dijeron que el doctor no podría atenderme pq em referido estaba vencido, llame a mi clinica primaria Sanitas para que resolver el problema, me dijeron que mi doctor tenia que verme primero, les dije que había esperado mucho tiempo para poder ver el endocrino me dijeron que era imposible que pudiera verlo a menos que sacara una nueva cita con mi doctor priimario y luego um nuevo referido, le pregunté a la muchacha que atiende como front desk si podia pagar la consulta y le pregunté por precio me dijo que no podia decirme, que dependia de muchas cosas, lo que sentí fue que no me querían atender, cuento mi historia para wue al menos sirva a otros de referencia, la burocracia también mata personas, no hubo compasion ni piedad en este hospital me tratarin con burla y desprecio.

La atención en el centro de salud es normal, pero si usted necesita comunicarse con teléfono después de haber asistido o antes tiene que armarse de paciencia y tener por lo menos 5 horas para medio resolver. Primero tienes que esperar por una operadora que luego que le explicas todos te pasa con la central del Doral en este caso, luego vuelves a explicar y te pasan con otra persona que te dice ya te atiendo y allí te quedas esperando hasta que te canses y cuelgues. Es un servicio que lo que da es tristeza.

Went to this UC facility 2 times and once at the Kendall location. Great people, EXCEPT South Miami Hospital, billed the visits as an ER visit ($62) instead of ($31) UC visit cost. How many times has this happened. Sure its only $62 times 5, three for me, 2 for my wife. Its the principle of charging for a service that they did not provide and refuse to address. When I called Humana Military, they told me that the Hospital billed as an ER instead of a UC and there is nothing they can do because that is what the hospital is billing.

Garbage!  Went in with a pain in my calf. The doctor saw me, asked a few questions and sent me to emergency at a hospital for a sprain! Mind you, they have a full diagnostic center at their facility! This dude looks like he doesn't know about medicine nor does not give a sheet about patients! Charged me a $75 deductible for a 5 min visit and got me on my way. It's my fault....should have read the reviews!! Thanks Doc!
