Horrible. Doesn't listen to her patients. Referrals you to incorrect doctors making you lose money and time. Incorrect referrals code. Even after requesting bloodwork and have a diagnose she wants you to book another appointment to redo same testing in the same week and another evaluation when literally in the same week you were diagnosed. Looks like she's more interested in making money then truly caring for her patients or she's inexperienced.

I never saw the doctor. I called for an appointment because I had a lot of sinus pressure. I got sent automatically to a scheduling center, not the actual doctor’s office. The rep asked me some questions about cold and cough symptoms and after I told her I had a negative COVID test she told me it still had to be a virtual visit without any further explanation. How can I be diagnosed correctly if no one is physically examining me? And then on top of that, when I clicked the link for the visit, it said the appointment had already passed. I imagine that if I got a link, it’s because I was placed on the schedule. I never got a follow up call or anything from the doctors office. This review is not so much a reflection of the practitioner, but of the system as a whole. Patient satisfaction begins at scheduling and should be followed through.

I had a good experience with Dr Chritiine Caridad Marrero, she was sure I got all my wellness test done and others that I had never done before, she encouraged me to do them for prevention . I recommend her
