Weirdest place to do physical therapy. Jessica is the worst. They tell you what to do, you do it, then they get mad that you finished in less than an hour and not three hours. They’re just mad because they couldn’t charge the insurance for more time. Most of the staff should be fired. Find a different place.

Alfredo gets the thumbs up for being very thorough and attentive. I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Alex was great in making an initial assessment for the treatment needed. My therapy was with Alfredo who was very professional. He showed concern with all aspects of my injury. I told him I felt there was more extent to my pain when used outside of it’s normal range. He explained we would strengthen and not aggravate the area at first and within a few meetings he introduced new soft exercises to start working towards the areas I previously experienced extra pain in. It shows he’s paying attention and wants to help. Also appointments are easy and flexible in my experience.

Alfredo has been my therapist from day one. I had fractured humeral head. Couldn’t move my arm. I am a senior and he had a lot of patience with me. I am doing much better. More mobility but still weak muscles.
