Fui aqui por primera vez y Que perdida de tiempo saque una cita atravez de internet y cuando fui me dijeron que no me podian atender por que el sistema atravez de la computadora no les sirve y a pesar que no habia ninguna persona en espera no horaron la cita y me dijeron que daban la cita para un mes despues. Que falta de profesionalismo!!!

I obviously made a mistake by going to this doctor with such low ratings. Let you wait for over an hour after your appointment, because they overbook appointments. I keep receiving bills I keep on paying them every time. Today another duplicated bill that I paid twice already for a blood work from 6 months ago. But now they sent it to my email, not by mail. And that’s how they over charge. This is an unfair charging practices.

I wasn't feeling good for a couple of weeks, and my primary doctor is in San Juan, PR, I called the office, and they answered right away, I explained my situation and they gave me an appointment for Monday. I went to the appointment on time, and by the time I filled out all the required forms, the nurse asked me to come in for the routine blood pressure and weight check, and she asked me to wait for the doctor, I was very surprised to see him enter within a minute, he was very pleasant and he already know what I wrote on the form. I was there maybe 45 minutes or less. Doctor Aranda was very professional and very knowledgeable of my condition. He wrote me the tests that I needed to get, and I was out. by the way, office staff was wonderful, and unfortunately, I forgot the nurse's name, but I will edit my review and include her name when I visit again. This doctor's office deserves easily a 5 star rating. I was very impressed.

He tenido una experiencia maravillosa, el staff súper amable me ha resuelto rápidamente lo que necesito las asistentes del Doctor son muy profesionales y me tratan con mucha dulzura al igual que los Doctórese que me han atendido….. Gracias a todos por ser parte del cuidado de mi salud
