This morning I took my father 91 for surgery at GUMENICK Ambulatory Surgery and was AMAZED by the treatment from start to finish. Great check-in, excellent staff, fast service and as my father stated...the best. Special recognition to GUSTAVO BANTI, MD who was great before and after surgery. He did an amazing quick, safe and without pain surgery...my father was grateful. The staff was as great including Jose Tony Martinez, Daisy Macias, Adriana Wilson, Liana Rojas, Yanitze Perez, Dianne Butler and Ross Salinas...amazing team..great attitude and professionalism. They made my father, my mother and myself feel comfortable and in peace during the procedure. Definitely GREAT SERVICE AND SUPERIOR STAFF. THANK YOU😍. I love Mt Sinai...and by the way..my father’s life was saved by MT SINAI in 2015 after a stroke. Eric Roig

Very poor service; the receptionist cannot even speak english well and to top it she cant explain details correctly. I suggest a english speaking Receptionist with a education.

Had a great Dr's appointment today with Dr Banti regarding my father. He is very precise and wont prescribe any medication you dont need. Thank you Dr Banti for your great work, your knowledge and experience are noticeable.

Was a the Dr. In room with my father-in-law gave him am alerting diagnosis his phone rang while on the call his,partner came in and finished the assessment gave a totally different diagnosis. Did not write anything in his files about his findings so family dr cannot send him to required specialist due to lack if documentation of finding. Extremely unprofessional and in consideration of his patients

Dr. Banti was arrogant. I waited over an hour both times I went. He is unwillingly to answer questions, and I lack confidence in his overall ability.
