Worst place took my teen for a covid test at 712 and they turn me away and told me to come back next day even though they were open

They told me to go to Miami Children because their general doctor is not a pediatric doctor and coudnt see my 6 year old for a ear infection.Not sure if this ia true or the person at the front didnt know what he was talking about.I went to baptist urgent care in doral downtown without a problem.I did wrote to that email but nobody has replied.

Today I showed up the urgent care because o have not been feeling well. Kim Castillo told me the wait would 1h30m after I had already waited about 45… I went to grab something from McDonald’s which is right around the corner since I had 1h30 min to waste. This lady calls and tell me they are ready to see me. I explained to her I’m on my way from McDonald’s LITERALLY TOOK ME 2 min. I walk and she asked me to sit and wait. As I’m sitting for another 20 other patients are being called. I understand that they chose to take a patient during the 2 min it took me to get back… but I felt it was extremely unprofessional of them to continue taking in other patients and have me waiting knowing how sick I was and looked. Myself I am medical assistant and nothing of this ever happens at our clinic. What annoyed me the most is the fact that when I asked how would I have to wait she said “i don’t know you left” I LEFT AFTEE YOU TOLD ONE HR AND A HALF WAIT TIME AND RETURNED 2 min after you called me.. are you serious?

Clean professional quick compassionate Love this place Jackson UM urgent care Doral is so convenient. I have been at least 7 times and it is consistently stellar

I am an employee and went because I was not feeling well. Door to registration was expeditious. Wait time to be seen took a little longer but I can say that the receptionist kept me informed as to delay. She was fantastic I was seen soon thereafter and went home with prescriptions sent to my home pharmacy. My nurse Celeste was great And Dr. Black even called me himself to addexplain a medication after I was home. They staff was professional kind and efficient. Kudos to Jackson for this team of professionals

4 hours waiting time just to do a COVID  Vaccine or test. according to Anglo speaking front anget which nos very friendly they only have 1 Dr and 1 Nurse.   none of the staff anglo speaking or hispanic were polite or friendly very rude individuals. I   do not recommend this place  . On  Top of that they charged  me $170 Mr Clark the Anglo speaking gentelman said they were not doing it anymore the vaccine  or teat for free DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE poor management

This place is so bad I had to download Yelp to write a review to prevent anyone to come here. Horrible services. Long waiting time. Came here with a cut in my finger and left after waiting 45 minutes. The lady in the front desk really doesnt care about you and is super rude. F this place.
