If i could I wouldnt give them any star....my husband went in for an abdominal pain and while being transferred to observation room either they slammed but from bruises and cuts they probably dropped him and now he just had surgery from a fractured femur and his mild dementia has been brought on full force...so you tell me if they are so great...nurses all very kind I do have to say but no responsibility for actions of their employees by administration...and it goes on and on it I dont have all day to write this review

Better late than never but I wanted to give a big thanks to the Maternity team here My son was the first vaginal birth in this hospital and I couldn’t be any more happier. I felt like I was in a Ritz Carlton great service food was on point the nurses made this experience what I love to call a Hospital let me tell you I had 6 to 8 nurses watching over us and Ill tell you lets just say I did not want to leave Thank you from the Colón family 👪

I had surgery in this hospital.Nurses where very nice and attentive.If I had to call to get help they responded very quickly. They where very respectful and Doctors too. Very happy with my stay.

En querido hacer una cita para maternidad y la recepcionista me dijo que era una clínica privada y que esa área no la tenía debería de cambiarla ya para tener ese puesto tiene que ser persona capacitada y con experiencia eso fue por teléfono yo fui personalmente y no me quisieron atender 😏que todo tiene que ser por teléfono esa fue una enfermera que se cree la dueña del local

Last October 14 my wife was ready to give birth in an emergency cesarean thanks God for the excellent team of surgeons anesthesiologist obstetriciasn nurses my daughter was born very well. It was a blessing for me and my wife to be in this hospital thank you very much for your amazing and professional service A+ Highly recommend

Se demoran mucho en todo para atender para inscribirte para todo yo fui atendido hoy 10421 llegue a las 1pm y me tomaron mis datos a las 3pm para después de tomarme la temperatura nos sacaron para afuera de nuevo porque supuestamente el hospital está lleno tuvimos que esperar hasta las 5pm para que nos de una avitacion mi mamá le pregunto que si tenían recepcionistas para que todo se pudiera mover más rápido y la respuesta de ellos fue para que aquí no necesitamos ningúns recepcionista..El hospital es nuevo para que esté dando todos estos problemas desde temprano.

Was referred to Jackson West ER by urgent care. Exam scan OR was rapid. I want to express my gratitude to everyone that I countered from walking in to discharge. The nurses team managed my pain smoothly. Specially but not exclusively nurses JoanVietnamese Carla Carlos Yenny the names I remembered. I know first hand that being hospitalized is a stressful traumatic experience but the overall outcome that counts. Usually when we have a bad experience “in our view” we express it vocally and in reviews. But we should also share our good experiences too. Thanks
