Dr. Jessica is a gem. I feel lucky to have found her in a random ND search online. I've finally felt heard and validated in my health journey, and am looking forward to the year ahead and having her help me reach my health goals. I've only had a couple visits so far but have noticed a tremendous change in my energy & digestion, and she is is going to help me prepare for my future family!! I can't recommend her enough.

I simply cannot put into words how much Dr.Cardona has helped me. I came to her with digestive issues, she took the time to get to know me and listened to what I had to say in order for her to determine the best approach. Her plan was detailed and she was always available to answer any question that I had for her. She also took the time to educate me on her approach to help me understand. I truly feel that there is no one better and have already recommended her to several friends and family and continue to do so

The best ND you will come across. Dr. Cardona is extremely knowledgeable, caring and goes the extra mile to check in on you. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients. I look forward to my appointments as I always feel relaxed and reassured when I leave. I’m so thankful to have found the best ND. I highly recommend booking an appointment!

I've seen a few ND's in the past, but none come close to Dr. Cardona. I've been on my fertility journey for a few years now (including a few different fertility clinics as well), and always felt like there was something missing. It wasn't until I spoke with her that I was able to realize alot of underlying issues I had (constipation/stress/anxiety) and that it wasn't until i worked on those (plus some diet things) that I was able to conceive!! I"m happy to say i am now pregnant, and feel I couldn't have done it without her care & support. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for fertility support or just general period /anxiety/stress help -- she is amazing!

My visits have been video, telephone and in-person...I just wanted to take a few minutes to say Thank you. I wanted to say Thank you and express my appreciation for YOU! You’re such a wonderful doctor and you always make me feel safe. Your compassion is more effective than any medicine and you have no idea how much of a blessing you are to me and my family. You are an amazing doctor, a fantastic person and even more importantly a good priest...(lol) which I am proud to call a friend. Thank you for being YOU!

I have seen Dr. Cardona both online and in person over the last few years. She's been such a great help to me! Patient, thoughtful, caring, calm and understanding. My health issues and mental state have definitely improved under her care. I always feel better after talking to her. So glad I met her those few years ago. She's amazing! 11 out of 10 in my books. Dr. Cardona was instrumental in my fertility journey, and i cannot thank her enough. I had seen another ND in the past, but I have to say that Dr. Cardona surpassed my expectations. She was very knowledgeable with her approach to fertility care. She reviewed all of my medications and fertility clinic treatments, told me which supplements to take to support fertility health, and we did acupuncture as part of the plan to me to help me on my journey. I am now pregnant!!! (after so many years of trying). I cannot recommend her enough, thank you for helping me create my family Dr. Cardona!!!

I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and high sugar levels. My family doctor wanted me to go on medication, which I really wanted to avoid as I am only 38 years old. I consulted with Dr. Cardona who advised me that I needed to make some pretty drastic, but sustainable changes to my diet and lifestyle. Through her guidance and my family doctors shock and amazement, I was able to lose weight, get my cholesterol and sugar levels completely under control with no medication. Thank you 1000 x for getting me on the right path to health.

The most compassionate Doctor I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She has helped me balance my hormones and solve my chronic digestive issues. My only regret is not consulting her sooner.
