Dr. De Diego is an amazing doctor but the wait time is terrible. It's not by appointment it's by first come first served basis. Patients get called in to rooms to just keep waiting. Make sure you're ready to wait 3 hrs or so. And not to mention calling no one ever answers the phone. I've made 3 calls already today and it's not even noon and no one answers. I really wish he had better management because he's such a great doctor. Luckily I only go there once a year. I understand he is just one doctor, but I still think they should come up with a better plan because waiting 3 hrs to only be seen for like 30 minutes is crazy to me. And having to spend the whole morning trying to speak with someone over the phone is ridiculous.

Nunca, nunca, nunca en 4 anos me han podido contestar el teléfono, para hacer una consulta, cita o cualquier cosa, jamas contestan el teléfono... ahhh y no se diga el tiempo que uno tiene que esperar en ese consultorio, mínimo 2 o 3 horas para que te pasen a tu hijo, aun que tengas cita, eso no les importa, no recomiendo este lugar por el servicio al cliente!

Former patient. Inappropriately touched my mother's arm and laughed while I discussed one of my issues. I said nothing to avoid escalation, which I regret. Worst PCP I've had. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Horrible I waited from 10am to 5pm. When I saw the doctor he rushes me out the doctor without even checking if the referrals he gave me were written correctly. He seems to accept all new patients when he obviously can’t keep up with his old patients. So many babies crying from waiting also. Do not go here

El peor centro médico al que he ido desde que vivo en usa, 4 horas de espera cuando la secretaria te dice que 1, y nisiquiera me atendieron me tuve que ir como puedes pretender tener a 2 niñas 4 o 5 horas esperando para ser atendidos, si no tienes la capacidad de brindar un buen servicio limítate al punto donde si lo puedas hacer

Dr. Jorge de Diego is a great doctor, if you wait long enough you'll get to see him, I arrived today here at 12 and it's 3 and nothing, front desk Wendy will tell you as soon as you walk in that you have to make a reservation if not is a 3 to 5 hour wait !!! But when you call to make an appointment they never answer! Try it !! Your better of going somewhere else with a better organized system and get treated faster, this is not a spa this is a doctors office for kids.
