Soy paciente del Dr. Baez hace aproximadamente 1 año y me siento muy feliz de tener un profesional como el cuidando de mi salud. Es un doctor que siempre escucha mis preocupaciones y siempre pregunta lo indicado hasta llegar a lo que necesita. Gracias Dr

Made an appt, got one two months later, a day before called to confirm, and was told there is not appt so was given another date two months later and rcvd another call a fortnight before appt that doctor won’t be there as going for holiday and next appt is for January or go to another doc, as one can see from other reviews this is their modus operandi, the shameless doctor cannot even give a call back or cannot get to talk to him, wasted my four months, may his family suffer the same what we did. Reporting him to board and congresswoman.

Dr Omar Baez Md practice poor review as a NEw patient they gave me an appointment 2 months in advance to call me a month later to tell me that not only the Doctor won’t be here after the Veterans Day Holiday but Amy the assistant in charge of the appointment was rude and lacy empathy and bed manners with any of patient specially a new one. She gave me no option but a next year appointment or to find another doctor . As a Bell’s palsy recovery person looking for a good doctor . I wonder if r Baez knows how his assistant is treating new patients . Soy un paciente recurriendo al Dr Báez como nuevo por referencia no he podido conversar con el Dr Baez pero sí asistente Amy no tiene la Educación profesional para empatizar con los pacientes especialmente los nuevos . Me dio una cita hace dos meses atrás y un mes antes llaman a cancelar porque es después de el día de veteranos que es feriado y me quiere poner para el próximo año si. Preguntar mi urgencia o necesidad de ver al Dr Báez. No se si el Doctor Báez sabe de el maltrato que recibe el paciente antes de llegar a el. Espero el Doctor Báez haga algo al respecto o por medio de esto se entere de lo que pasa afuera de su consultorio.

Dr. Baez is one of the most professional physicians I’ve met. He is a great listener, asks the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about his patient’s well-being. He is one of the few doctors I have encounter lately that goes above and beyond to resolve the patient problem and put her/him at ease. I consulted with him because I thought my nerves were injured due to repetitive movements: typing and mouse usage. He asked many questions and listened attentively to the answers before keying them in the computer. He performed several tests, electric and physical before he determined that there was no damage to my nerves. He was not happy with that answer to my issue though, he went further asking more questions about my symptoms and re-examining me until he learned where my problem was. He recommended that I see an orthopedic doctor as he concluded that tendons inflammation was the origin of my pain. I saw Dr. Baez in September. I’m posting this in November because I consulted with the specialist last week and she corroborated Dr. Baez’ diagnosis! I want to congratulate Design Neuroscience Center for counting Dr. Omar Baez among its staff! El Dr. Báez es uno de los médicos más profesionales que he conocido. Es un gran oyente, hace las preguntas correctas y está genuinamente preocupado por el bienestar de su paciente. Es uno de los pocos médicos con los que me he encontrado últimamente y que va más allá para resolver el problema del paciente y tranquilizarlo. Consulté con él porque pensé que mis nervios se habían lesionado debido a movimientos repetitivos: mecanografía y uso del mouse. Hizo muchas preguntas y escuchó atentamente las respuestas antes de escribirlas en la computadora. Realizó varias pruebas, eléctricas y físicas, antes de determinar que no había daño en mis nervios. Sin embargo, no estuvo contento con la respuesta a mi molestia, siguió haciendo más preguntas sobre mis síntomas y me volvió a examinar hasta que supo dónde estaba mi problema. Me recomendó ver a un médico ortopédico porque llegó a la conclusión de que la inflamación de los tendones era el origen de mi dolor. Vi al Dr. Báez en septiembre. Estoy publicando esto en noviembre porque consulté con el especialista la semana pasada y ¡ella corroboró el diagnóstico del Dr. Báez! ¡Quiero felicitar al Design Neuroscience Center por contar al Dr. Omar Baez entre su personal!
