List of Susan Nelson's Reviews
Extremely unprofessional and rude. The doctor blames the patient for the incident, when it clearly was not. No tests were ordered. The doctor clearly wanted to go home and enjoy her weekend. The doctor is past her prime, if she ever had one. Do not go see Dr. Susan F. Nelson M.E. # OS6525
If you read the previous review it is stating my thoughts exactly. The entire clinic is rude and immediately after my visit which I couldn’t walk into because of the pain, I left with the same pain and she put me back on regular duty and she knew it was impossible for me to even bend over at all. So I went to urgent care afterwards which my case manager gave me approval to do so and the doctors their brought out a wheel chair and took great care of me and documented I am not able to work, should have time off, and should see a specialist immediately. This doctor is terrible I would not take Satan to see her and she definitely does not believe in a higher power. Karma is definitely coming her way and to her employees that support her.
I was brought in to PHC to be seen by Dr. Diaz-Nelson. Dr. Nelson called in my case Manager Diane McCartin before she saw me the patient. She was inside with Diane McCartin for 30 minutes, but saw me for only 3 minutes. Dr. NElson never examined me and send me to preexisting doctors. However, when I went to get my report she’s hadn’t written and filled in her report with false information I was never asked and it was full of false information. I didn’t have any x-rays ordered having had previously surgeries. I hadn’t surgery a week after going to PHC. Id rather be dropped off at a Fire Station, then to go to PHCs WComp Chop Shop.
Dr. Nelson is a racist bigot who intentionally ignores the needs of her patients. She should not be allowed to practice medicine due to the lack of attention and care she gives to each patient. She abruptly cuts off patients while they are speaking and then walks away, instead of trying to have a conversation.
Horrible bed side manor. Not a good listener, didn’t care about my desires. The experiences felt as though she knew what she wanted to recommend before she saw me or discussed with me. She spoke to me in a condescending passive aggressive tone, as though I know nothing about my body or health and she is all knowing. She is not a doctor that practices an empowered patient model or even discussion model of communication with her patients. I dreaded having to interact with her and it was because of my experiences with her that I requested to switch offices. She Doesn’t believe in chiropractic treatments, she told me she has never recommended chiropractic treatment and doesn’t believe it is beneficial. How closed minded and behind the times is that?! Normally I’m not one to write reviews but my experiences with her have been so negative I feel compelled to share.
Did not even look to my eye injury and said that what I had was maybe was there before Very rude and disconnected with me as a patient I requested not to be seen anymore with such of unprofessional dr
I had to go to another doctor to be treated properly, shes defensive and doesnt like to be questioned, shes basically a workers comp puppet and lacks quality of care and humanity, i never got properly diagnosed.
not very understanding. seemed too busy to hear me out and was a bit dismissive.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
