Doctors and staff are very friendly and professional, BUT as far as billing and medical records go there is a lot to be desired. In the 5yrs I've been dealing with my cancer I've never had such a problem with obtaining my scan reports as I have since I 've been going to Sylvester the last 6 months. I travel there so it's not like I can just swing by and pick it up and they CHARGE you to mail it when or if you get it.

I think some of the staff needs to receive some training on sensitivity and dealing with cancer patients. Some of the staff I deal with for my husband's care are rude and not very understanding.
