The Dr. is good as a doctor Whenever you finally get in to see her. (oh, btw don't' even try calling for a call back by the doctor) The wait times are more than extended even when there are no other patients waiting, or being seen !!! Final show of lack of respect for a patient's time and efforts is having an appointment for 3 weeks, going to the appointment, get weight, get BP taken, sat in the room expecting /waiting to see the dr, and be told by the nurse practitioner, the doctor is not in with no idea if or when the dr will come in!! REALLY !!! why not call to reschedule, why not tell me when I got there, after awful traffic... (no mention of any dr emergency or the like)... I was just the only patient scheduled so guess that's not important !!!! The whole thing just felt deceiving, and disrespectful.

Absolutely love this office. Everyone is always nice and courteous and NP Beatrice is delightful.

I have been seeing Beatrice for a few years now. She really cares about her patients which sets her apart from her peers.

I have NEVER seen a medical office operate as bad as this office!!! Doctor is never there and can’t even meet her new patients. They made a mistake when verifying my insurance and they are taking their sweet time refunding what is owed to me (it’s been 5 months !!!) Horrible and unprofessional place!!!!

My daughter is a minor and the doctor's office will not allow me to know what tests were performed on her unless I make an appointment. I don't live in the city, so that is not an easy task. I said I understood that results could not be revealed on the phone and that I only wanted to know what blood tests (if any) had been performed. Upon my insistence, one of the front office assistants hang up the phone on me. I called back and a far more professional assistant came on the phone, however, she confirmed that only through an appointment I could get my questions answered. In sum, beware that this doctor has a no call policy, whereby even if the parents live outside of the city, she will not even call the parents to discuss medical issues pertaining to their minor child.

Stay away!! Beware!! Unprofessional place, charge your insurance for the wrong things and when you call the front desk lady is rude and hangs up!!! Place is run down and no one has any idea what they are doing. Zero stars if I could

4 horas y aun estoy esperando? La de finanzas dice que nunca sabe si hay que pagar pagar y después de uno la confronta y así sabe los precios ??! Mal servicio

La Dra nunca da la cara. Después que pagas carísimos tus exámenes de Papanicolau y Ecosonograma, ellos te dicen que tienes que pagar una cita para que te den tus resultados. Tremenda ilegalidad y abuso con sus pacientes. Nada ético, nada profesional y nada humano. Esta es la 7ma vez que pido mis resultados y no me los entregan. Eviten esta falta de responsabilidad con los Pacientes. Ni se les ocurra ir a esta Dra.

Terrible trato. Nunca te atiende la Dra. No te quieren entregar tus resultados de exámenes que ya tu pagaste bien caro. Quieren volver a cobrarte para recibir tus exámenes. Eso es usura. Ponen la parte monetaria primero que la parte humana. Pésima atención del front desk. Se quitan la mascarilla en frente tuyo, en tiempos de Covid 19. No confiable para nada. Evita la mala experiencia.
