Dr. Nelson-James as been my physician for over 10 years and I would never trade her for any other physician in the world. She has all her patients health as top priority. She is extremely reliable and trustworthy. A physician with high morals and standards. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a great physician who is completely honest and straightforward about their health.

I never did get to see the Doctor as I walked out after 50 min. I walked in to see 6 kiosks for taking patients. I was not acknowledged nor did I see any place to sign in. I ask a patients in the waiting room where to sign in and she pointed towards a kiosk. I walked back and she ask if I had an appointment and what was my last name. She than told me to sit down and she would call me. Close to an hour later I had not been called or given the paper work to be filled out. The person who told me to sit down, was now sweeping the floor and all the cubicles were empty except for one who was busy chatting on a phone. At that point I walked out. I am 75 years old and no longer have the patience I once had. I would not have minded waiting had I been given the paper work to fill out but to be totally ignored for almost an hour is not acceptable!!

Central Florida Health care is a great place to be seen for your medical needs! all of the staff are nice and friendly. love that there is primary care and gynecology care at the same place. The Dr's are all nice as well and are easy and friendly to talk to.
