Christopher Mondello's Online Review Report Card

Terrible clinic. They don’t return your call for your prescriptions. I wish I can give this clinic negative 10 for the reason they said they don’t have enough staff to call their clients. They don’t really care about their patients at all. Nobody answer their phones and even you leave a message for them to return call to follow up your situations… nothing. I will not recommend this clinic. No doctors only nurse practitioners which their staff tellin you.

Do Not Go. Unprofessional and waited 1 hr before I left. So Sad.

They are the best. They go above and beyond with their patients. They will make sure you are seen as soon as possible if you are sick. Everyone is friendly from front desk, nurses and doctors. I drive from Lakeland to see them.

Everyone from the the front desk, friendly reminders about appts, the Dr. Was A+ 5 stars! The Nurse practioner listened carefully and went over my history with me, asked if I had questions, and was very straight shooter but friendly as a professional. Outstanding first visit with a vary short wait time.

I was a patient I was a patient with Doctor Mandela 60 years old and the last two years I've had all kinds of issues vertigo major heart issues let me the triple bypass surgery catheterization breathing issues they made me see an ear nose and throat specialist and I explained all this to the nurse like she thought I've been playing for the last two years I asked him to help me get back on it because I had just had open heart surgery and my pressure would be too much for me with a cracked chest they would not help me not even a phone call back till I'm well enough to see him which will never happen moving on two somewhere here at the hospital he would have known how difficult it would have been for me to comply

I don’t usually review doctors but I have to share of the most infuriating physician service I have ever seen. I apologize in advance for the long post. I would strongly avoid Mondello clinic at any cost! The priority is $$ not patient care! I am a disable individual with many chronic conditions and have also had undiagnosed pain since October that I have gotten procedures and surgeries with no answers so I know I can be challenging for many doctors. I have gone to Dr. Christopher Mondello for the last 11 months. I saw a pa 4 times in less than a year but never met Mondello. Until today when I spoke with the PA who, even though I corresponded with her via portal, phone and internal messages she seemed upset at my requests for labs and said she wasn’t aware of my request. After she noted my lab requests she left the room and she and Dr Mondello returned. Long story short he explained that because I chose an HMO which only pays him $1000/month that I have exceeded my $1000 of work his office has to spend each month. When I asked what about the $1000/month you got when I didn’t come in he explained that I am taking resources away from his other patients but staff has to spend time on me so he wasn’t going to do any of the requested labs that I waited a month to get or anything else for me. I was floored! I waited a month to get labs done hoping to find some answers to my pain only to be told they refuse to do them or anything else. So I am left mid month with no pcp, no labs to give answers, and no closer to finding an answer for the pain.

Dr. Montello has been my wife's doctor since 2009. I recently became his patient. This mam is a great physician. He is very caring and we like him. Yes I have had to wait but not that often. I am a Nurse and I know all too well what can happen as far as return phone calls etc. We are human and we all make mistakes. I know if Dr. Montello was aware of any problems he will be the first to correct it. Sometimes I am sure he is unaware so for all of you who gave him a low review put yourself in the other ones shoes. Make him aware he will I know try and correct the problem. Then after you have done so then evaluate him.... My wife has been a patient way too long we give him 💯 percent for best physcian.....
