This is my doctor whenever i need to see one right away. I don’t have to wait too long and he does a good job for a reasonable price.

Even with insurance, I have been paying out-of-pocket for several years with Dr. Macida. My prescription coverage changed and in order to continue getting the inhaler that has worked for years, I now need a prior authorization called in by the doctor. Dr. Macida refused to call my insurance, and suggested I go to another office because he did not have time to call my insurance company. Desperate to breathe, I asked him to just change my prescription back to the inhaler that worked and I will pay full retail cost at the pharmacy. He then wanted another fee just to fix my prescription. When I asked him why he was charging me again, when I have already paid for Prescription that did not work, he asked me why I was complaining to him and go find another doctor.. A real doctor cares about his patients, not simply another $50 in his pocket. I won’t say Doctor, but what a shameful man. This is now just adding to the frustration and distress of not being able to breathe while already out of medication. God doesn’t like ugly.

Both my husband and I were treated by Dr. Macida. We both received excellent care. He is very observant and caring. Thank you doc.

I was seen by Dr. Macida today and I am very pleased with his care. He was very quick but who doesn't want to be seen quickly and get gone quickly. I will see him again when I need to. I am new to the area and after several people had requested other Dr's. I must say that this was the best place to go when you need to get in and not wait a month or so. Thanks for your help Katie as well.
