Great office staff, but simply put, this is not your guy if you're looking for a good doctor who actually listens to and wants to resolve your health problems. From what I can tell, he just orders blood tests and then sends you to a specialist for anything else. Then proceeds to dismiss the specialists advice. Avoid. Completely wasted my time and left me suffering. Susan Rivera is who you want to see here. She's great!

Absolute disgrace. Talks over you. Believes he knows better than the specialists with extensive training. Completely arrogant. He may single handedly destroy this practice

The other staff members at this location (from receptionist to nurses) have always been very friendly and helpful. They have always been a pleasure to interact with. It’s unfortunate that Dr. Gross is nowhere near as pleasant to deal with.

The entire practice in very incompetent. They could screw up a two-car funeral.

I WILL NOT BE BACK! He made me feel more awful than the problem that I went in for. He didn't bother to review my chart or info to see that I was a naturalist who was in pain seeking a solution to a problem. He essentially made me feel like a drug addict that was seeking pain pills. I told him to keep the pain pills he prescribed after he made me feel horrible by berating me for what another doctor had found temporarily acceptable due to my circumstance. Then he verbally drafted notes for my chart in front of me that were absurd! He did NOT listen to me to or try to understand what was going on. His berating behavior is enough to make you sick! This is a doctor who needs to take some "understanding your patient" and "listening" courses because he runs right over you. He definitely needs to learn to review a patients chart before coming to assumptions!!!

Couldn't agree more with the other reviewers! This dr. does not listen and rushed me out. I had a diagnosis of TMJ disorder from a well respected oral surgeon and Dr. Gross told me I didn't have TMJ disorder! Despite the fact that I have an MRI showing disc degeneration, arthritis and dislocation of the tempomanidular joint. Horrible doctor. Not sure if he is even still with Dr. Vincent J. Dilella's office but haven't found a dr in that practice that is any good. The staff at this office is unhelpful, unfriendly and always behind schedule.
