Beverly Encarnacion's Online Review Report Card

This office is the epitome of how not to run an office. They have no clue who you are and what your history is. Not that they are Best Value it is even worse. They refuse to give their patients the proper and timely care that they need. I would not take a pet skunk to her. I would rate her office a -5 star.

The worst of all time , she was covering for primary walked into the hospital room and said "how is that broken leg ? When I was in for copd , then the nurse went over my meds and I hear potassium pills. When in fact I suffer fr high potassium , being on dialysis , then she prescribed hemoglobin in my iv , also a huge mistake , she honestly could of killed me , she needs to be removed from practice , a total HACK

She told me my pain may never go away on the first visit. You never tell that to a patient so quick to throw you away. I had the suicide disease, so, she was wrong but I went down hill, until I found a caring doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Beverly for many years. She always greets you like your part of her family. She has "always" helped me no matter what I was going through. Her girls in the office are sweethearts as well. I have the highest regards for all of them! S. Wolf

She gives out expired medications, doesn’t care about patients or try to explain anything to them.

I would highly recommend this Office, I have been seeing them for about 7 months now. I had a horrible experience with Davita Group 2 different loc. This Dr. Took me immediately, everyone seems Professional, the NP is Very Knowledgeable, & Efficient. I still have some problems with my Failed Back Surgery & Severe Anxiety, and & I am 62 & refuse to be operated on again. Staff, members, MA,are also kind.

Dr. Encarnacion is very pleasant, spends time answering any questions you may have, and never rushes through an appointment. Staff is very competent as well. I highly recommend.

Best doctor my parents ever had!

My issue was resolved in 10 mins regarding my previous Complaint. So glad my paperwork was resubmitted and I have had several follow up calls since my incident from the Office, however I cannot answer my phone at work . I want to thank the staff for finding and faxing my paperwork , for it is important for my Mother's care-giving, and myself . My Employer did notify me that they received my FMLA paperwork May 21st 2019. Thank You Dr Encarnacion and Staff .

Last Friday I had an appointment to take My Paperwork in for FMLA for my Mother who is also a patient. I was very clear how important my paperwork is because I'm my Mother's care giver. Vivian assured me it would be taken care of as soon as the Dr. could get to it. I also stressed my deadline was today . Yesterday I called the office and was hung up on twice, finally Amanda said sorry Vivian is off today and we have no paperwork ? I suggested to leave my employer and make another copy and bring it back in , she said there were no appointment's open and it would take the DR, 48-72 hours to even look at?? Today I called again and asked for Vivian, They asked who was calling , then hung up on me ? I called back and Vivian said I never handed her the paperwork? I assured her I handed it to her , I even commented on some adjustments that I had done. The office staff is very bad at this office, they show no empathy or compassion for the patients or patients caregivers. The Dr. an Nurse Practitioner are very efficient but they really need to hire more compassionate and dependable Front Line staff. This has caused my FMLA to close and now if my Mother has an Emergency, I will be disciplined for leaving or taking off work. I'm so disappointed of the way I was treated I too will be finding a new DR. based on the office Staff at Dr. Encarnacion .
