The worst of all time she was covering for primary walked into the hospital room and said how is that broken leg ? When I was in for copd then the nurse went over my meds and I hear potassium pills. When in fact I suffer fr high potassium being on dialysis then she prescribed hemoglobin in my iv also a huge mistake she honestly could of killed me she needs to be removed from practice a total HACK

She told me my pain may never go away on the first visit. You never tell that to a patient so quick to throw you away. I had the suicide disease so she was wrong but I went down hill until I found a caring doctor.

On multiple occasions I’ve called for medication refills and they have not been filled. In this latest instance I called 5 days ago and the script hadn’t been filled. I called back and was told they couldn’t fill it because I hadn’t been seen in 6 months. I was told this has been a longstanding policy. This is understandable but this has definitely not been practiced consistently in the past. Concerning the refill I feel that had I not took the initiative and called back it would have never been refilled and I would have not heard back from them on a reason why. Haven’t actually seen the doctor there in like four years either. A different nurse practitioner seems to rotate in every year. Considering changing my primary.

After confirming my appointment At 400 pm . I arrived 15 mins early. There were 5 others in the waiting room saying they were way behind. At 510 the office staff start leaving. And so I asked what about me? They said oh Hang on A couple minutes later one of the staff members ask me to come back another time I wasted 3 hrs of work time for this appointment. Then to be turned away after I have a confirmed appointment. I will be going to the medical board

One of the most caring compassionate and attentive doctors I have ever known. Staff friendly and caring. Office Manager professional and always available to speak with. First Rate NP.

I have been seeing Dr. Beverly for many years. She always greets you like your part of her family. She has always helped me no matter what I was going through. Her girls in the office are sweethearts as well. I have the highest regards for all of them S. Wolf

She gives out expired medications doesn’t care about patients or try to explain anything to them.

I would highly recommend this Office I have been seeing them for about 7 months now. I had a horrible experience with Davita Group 2 different loc. This Dr. Took me immediately everyone seems Professional the NP is Very Knowledgeable Efficient. I still have some problems with my Failed Back Surgery Severe Anxiety and I am 62 refuse to be operated on again. Staff members MAare also kind.

Dr. Encarnacion is very pleasant spends time answering any questions you may have and never rushes through an appointment. Staff is very competent as well. I highly recommend.
