Dr. Taylor took time to know me as a first time patient. She asked many questions, clarified issues, and answered my questions. I feel confident having selected her as my primary Dr. I would recommend Dr.Taylor. For this appointment I am still pleased w/Dr.Taylor, however, felt not so important as I had to wait over 20 minutes.

I really like Dr. Taylor and the staff.

This is my third strike with this office! You should be able to call your own doctor when you are feeling sick and have a sore throat! You should be able to get some results....No!! I got call back on Monday or go to urgent care!! What’s the sense in having a Primary Care Physician?? It costs me 125.00 to go to urgent car and 35.00 to see my primary! Drs. I guess can’t make a 5 minute phone call!!

Dr Taylor is an excellent physician, not only for her medical knowledge and skills, but for her patient interaction abilities.

Dr. Taylor and her staff are the best I was looking for a Doctor that I could count on and trust and I have found just that. Dr Taylor is remarkable and always exceeds my expectations. Dr Taylor is very professional in appearance, practice, speech and very thorough with all aspects of your visit. Dr Taylor will take the time to listen to your concerns, discuss them with you and help you formulate a corrective plan that suits your health needs. The Staff here is perfect. They are professional, respectful, and always willingly to help regardless of what it might be. They are busy, any great practice would be so sit tight and be patient if you must wait a few minutes for help for they will resolve any problems you might have. Give them the chance. ;-) 1 last thing, I know this is not a sounding board but in response to the lady that complained she could not get her Doctor when she had a sore throat last week. There is a thing named covid-19 happening now so our doctors and staff are overwhelmed and stretched very thin. Yes, they are your doctor but some patience from you would help. Urgent care centers are designed as other options in cases like yours so be respectful to those trying to help you. I hope you are feeling better but do not bash those who want to help you. you'll find .

Dr Taylor is amazing, my favorite doctor in my whole 43 years of life.. However I sat down in parking lot for over 1/2 hour while trying to get someone on the phone to see if I could just come up or wait to be called. I had to lie on the prompts & say I was another doctor to get to an extension that had a real live person that would talk to me... at that point I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. So to sum it up Dr Taylor is awesome & the phone system you guys have sucks big time.

i was looking for a new provider and a person said to try DR. TAYLOR. SO HAPPY I DID.!!!! SHE DIDN'T DISAPPOINT!!

Dr. Taylor is an attentive and competent physician. She listens and takes time to discuss any concerns and options for treatment.

She is very personable and caring! I felt very comfortable & want her to be my doctor from now on and in fact it was other people’s rave reviews that got me to go see her in the first place!
