My son and I have been going to Dr. Muller for a long time and he has always sustained his excellent reputation and care. The whole staff is very kind and helpful and im sure all the physicians at the practice are great but Dr. Muller has my trust and respect.

Dr Muller and the three staff members that I interfaced with during my visit last week were all friendly professional and efficient. I checked in sat in the lobby for one minute before being taken back for weight BP and the computer questions. Then it was another one minute wait for the doc to appear and take care of my two problems. I wish all of my doc appointments were like this

Dr. Muller performed a tonsillectomy on me and up until just after the surgery he seemed to be friendly and professional but when I complained of constant tightness and a feeling of something lodged in my throat Dr. Muller become more distant and uncaring of my concerns. I found this extremely offputting and got a sense that he didnt want to address my concerns. He also suggested a surgery to correct my deviated septum however during my last visit when I brought up that I was getting close to scheduling this procedure he responded with I dont care in regards to scheduling a date for him to complete this surgery. Well doctor I dont care to ever visit you or be subject to your unbelievable rude behavior again and can recommend to other newexisting patients to look elsewhere.

Only had to wait about five minutes before I was called in to see Cr. Muller. He was able to determine immediately that I did not have a problem. Was in his office for about five minutes and he has a great personality. Would definitely recommend him and his staff.

Made an appointment last minute and was able to get in fast the lady at the front desk was amazing and friendly. The doctor was very efficient and pleasant. Im so glad I was able to get my daughter into this office ❤️.

Had appointment with Dr Muller yesterday 5262021. Had wax blockage in both ears which led me to believe that one of my hearing aids was malfunctioning. Quick examination proved that to be not the case.Dr Muller cleaned both ears and also addressed a nasal drip issue..I called the office on Tuesday and was able to get in the following day.Office staff are great. Overall a much better experience than at the Clearwater office. Dr Muller is my go to guy for ENT issues going forward.

The office staff are professional and go the extra mile. As an example I received a text message in advance of my appointment time advising of a road closure resulting in traffic delays. The doctor is personable and proficient. He takes time to answer questions and explained the procedure in advance and ensured comfort was a priority. I would highly recommend Dr. Muller for ENT needs.
