Conviva Senior Primary Care's Online Review Report Card

This office actually deserves ZERO stars. It's really a shame that Dr. Rajani and his staff worked soooo hard to establish this practice, however since he left the practice this office is going downhill. I really feel bad for the staff that was there with Dr. Rajani, because they see what's happening and to save their job they can't say anything. The call center is a JOKE! You do not have access to your doctor, unless you prove you're dying. I am writing this review, because I want all to know that Dr. Kevin Kyle should not be practicing medicine! My mom saw him 1 time and after that I refuse to take her to a doctor that could not recognize a panic attack, and said she was having withdraws to medication like a drug addict. Heidi, Kathy and Saja I truly wish you the best in this office, but it will NEVER be the same. What a shame! Received a corporate response to call them and discuss why they did not meet my expectations. What a JOKE! Look at all your reviews, since the takeover, not one person has anything good to say. You WILL NEVER BE Dr. Rajani's office. I have taken my mother to Dr. Sanjay Madan's office, who cares about his patients, the same way Dr. Rajani did. You call and speak to a receptionist, not a call center located outside of the US. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time going to this office!

I received a postcard in the mail from this location, which was addressed to my grandmother who passed away 13 years ago and has never lived in Florida or at my home here. I called and asked for their marketing team or manager to call me back, as this is ridiculous, and I find it extremely offensive. It's been over a month, and no one could pick up the phone. The lady I initially spoke with really didn't care either.

After many years of medical care, getting very dissatisfied with new Conviva care. Terrible experience, ma robo calls but medicale care is going down in quality service . We did not expect a fast exit from Dr. Rajani . Such a quality dedication like Dr Rajani it’s hard , almost impossible to replace. With regret, myself and my wife search for a better medical care. Absolutely I will not recommend Conviva to anyone!

Ever since Coviva took over Dr. Rajani’s office, things have gone downhill, 2 times now I have missed specialist appointments because the referral was never send. You can not get through to the office and have to speak to the call center who know nothing about me as a patient. I am glad to be moving so I can find a competent doctors office.

Since Conviva took over the experience has deteriorated. I went an entire year seeing only my PA; I guess I am not sick enough to qualify for an actual doctor in attendance. My PA is great (Jessica) but she is not an MD. With Dr Rajani gone, the practice is not the same. The only reason I am not changing practices is because I will be leaving the state in the spring and it's just too much trouble to do it for a couple of months.

Dr Rajani created an exceptional medical practice and staffed it with outstanding colleagues. Since the 'sale' to Conviva (Humana), the personal touch has been replaced by corporate dictates and a call center that leaves you wondering if you really exist as a valued patient. Dr Rajani is moving on and we wish him and his original staff the very best for the future. We will be moving on too.

The call center is terrible. You can't understand them. I had them repeat 4 times. They talk too fast and forget trying to get anyone in the office. They pronounce Heidi name 3 times wrong after I pronounced it 3 times and wouldn't connect me and wouldn't tell me their location. You all need to do something and get back to communicating the right way. You have ruined Dr Rajani practice. I can't say enough about Heidi, Kathy and Jessica. They are wonderful and very sad Dr. Rajani is leaving. He was one of the best drs I haver ever had.

Honestly one of the worst practices I've been too. Kaitlyn the P.A is amazing, but good luck getting in with her. This company utilizes call centers, and they schedule you at one location and then tell you another. You can hardly understand the people you are scheduling with, and getting on the phone with your location is impossible. Highly don't recommend.

This was once a top shelf office, but sadly is no longer. Look elsewhere.

My injury was quickly assessed. Arrangements were made for x-rays and referral approved for an orthopedic surgeon all in the same visit. The entire staff works as a team in a caring and professional manner. Feel so fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Rajani and Jessica Hood!
