Mpm Primary Care's Online Review Report Card

My experience with this doctors office is honestly dreadful. DO NOT go by what google says in its Google Maps because it will take you all the way into some random neighborhood in Bardmor. We have already waited 3 weeks for our appointment and when we called to say that their google maps was wrong the receptionist laughed at us and told us "oh we don't use that" and apologized to us about it, although I am grateful for the apology it is unprofessional to not even try to fix the situation all they would do is pop us on hold, look at the calander, then tell us another date 6 weeks away. When I asked if there was any way to squeeze us in or if someone canceled to call us, they stated "it would be unfair to other patients" which i do get but your going to make us wait 9 WEEKS to get an appointment for a condition that is effecting my girlfriend's day to day life. When she scheduled the appointment, she specifically asked for a female doctor. On google, it does not show any. The only good thing about this place is when they close at 5 and give their parking lot to Umberto's. All in all, if you're not already in these doctors' practices, they do not care about you. The pictures attached are where Google Maps tells you to go and the distance between the location on Google Maps and the actual doctors office.

Im so glad I found them, they are nice, professional and they don't play around.They are on top of all my tests and results. Will stay with them,my doc is so nice and caring always refers me to good specialists.

The review with the comments about the rude staff must have been in a bad mood or something. They have been overly friendly and helpful. Dr. McDaniel listens to me, addresses my concerns and clearly explains all aspects of whats going on. With my numerous interactions with the staff, often with concerns that were trivial, they were always polite and friendly.

Was there for my husband....while there, they saw how dire MY condition was. All hands on deck were there to comfort and come to my aide and off to the ER they sent me. Thank you to all who came to my aide. Countryside Hospital performed an emergency procedure within an hour upon arrival. Thank you Dr. Dillon and staff!

Just recently moved to the area & so glad I found BayCare Medical Group. Dr. McDaniel is very thorough, caring, & personable. The staff is very friendly & helpful as well. Would definitely recommend.

Our entire family including my 92 year old mother has been going here since 2010 and absolutely love everyone there. Dr Mathew has even called us personally. My brother and his family goes there too.

The worst customer service in all medical fields. Go to a completely different company because they do NOT care about their patients. Then you’ll be talking possibly 4-5 stars. Don’t call ahead, they lie on the phone then throw a fit when you show up. Not worth the trouble or dealing with BEYOND Rude people at the front desk. Who are suppose to be the lovely people who greet you. Trust me, you can go to Walmart for better customer service. That tells you enough.
