Soe Kathleen's Online Review Report Card

This is the worst “Dr.” I have ever been to! She does not wash her hands before touching or working on you, doesn’t wear a mask but expects you to and will adjust it on your face if she isn’t happy with where it is sitting. When asked to check my moles, face issue and my rash on my feet, she told me that I would have to make another appointment in order for her to do so. When she finally agreed to look she did a quick scan…didn’t look at my legs, scalp or my face. She told me that there was nothing wrong and that my friend that is also a dermatologist doesn’t know what he is talking about regarding my concerns. She also insulted my PCP and continued to argue and insult me and my son. She took a mole off my son ( on his neck) she did not wash her hands before or after. She did not wear a mask and put her face right in my son’s face and did a little cough. She has absolutely no bedside manner and is all about herself and her pocket book. Her nurse the whole time was rude as well with disrespectful comments and refused to wash her hands and wear a mask as well. I do not recommend this “Dr” and my family and I will never go back to her…big mistake!! BEWARE!!!

I love Dr. Soe! Have been a patient of hers for years . I find her to be compassionate, caring, responsive to my concerns and funny. The office is a busy one, but it’s well worth the wait.

Felt very rushed, they almost came in before I had the gown on. I had a new patient visit and annual skin exam scheduled. My apt was at 10:30 I completed all the paperwork before my apt. but didn't get called back till 11:45. I've had previous skin cancer. The doctor was very unprofessional and bad mouthed my previous doctor and did a 5 min check over my whole body. Defiantly not what I'm use to in a dermatologist. Will not be back.

I have gone to Dr. Soe for years and would never go to anyone else. I’m always pleased with her services. Yes, there’s a wait time when you arrive, but I think it’s worth it.

After going to several dermatologists in the area I went to see Dr. Soe over 13 years ago and have been with her ever since. She was the first doctor to treat my skin problems properly and I am always greeted with a kind and professional attitude. The staff is wonderful as well and does their best to get me in if an unexpected issue arises. I would 100% recommend Dr. Soe!

Rude, inexperienced in patient care. Money-grubbing. Made up her own office protocol for post-op care in order to maximize the amount of money she could get from the insurance company and the patients. This ridiculous protocol had nothing to do with patient health. Her full body exam for moles was not done in compliance with medical Standard Of Care Protocol. She failed to examine my scalp, and several other body parts that are looked at by professional dermatologists who follow the guidelines. She sneezed and rudely said that it was probably my perfume that caused it. And when I asked her about a lesion on my leg where I was using Neosporin, she told me to "throw it away"and that it was 'caused by my picking at it' and I should only use Vaseline on it. She offered NO DIAGNOSIS for it. However when I did go to the Cancer Center in Houston, they gave me a diagnosis and medication for this lesion on my leg. There is no Patient Portal as stated in her website. HORRIBLE!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Soe for over 10 years. When I have an appointment I feel like I’m going to see a friend who genuinely cares about me.Dr Soe and her staff are extremely thorough with their explanations of my skin problems. I highly recommend her products especially the sun block. I recommend Dr Soe to everyone.

Waited1 hour for appointment got there 10 min early. Exam is very quick no way a comprehensive exam was performed in that 10 minutes

Wow where do I begin, belittling, rude, no bedside manner whatsoever and plain old ugly demeanor. Just went in for a follow up to a small basil cell spot on my temple. I admitted to not applying the prescription as told. BUT told Dr Soe ( miserable ) that I would take it more seriously and please reschedule me. As the follow up appointment proceeded to holler at her assistant about not having my biopsy printed and on the table for her majesty’s review lol. Additionally I asked her to look at my back and my wife told me I had a few red blotches I should ask about. When I asked Dr. Soe to look at my back she said NO, no words before No and no words spoken after she said No. I have never experienced this with any so called Dr. ever….This lady is bitter and needs an intervention if her practice is going to survive. I was supposed to see Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Soe (miserable who owns the place) was filling in for her. I only can hope tha Dr. Tiffany was interviewing for a better practice ??
