The office staff is very hard to get a hold of. It’s very hard to get a hold of the doctor during business hours especially after hours. The monthly membership fee, yearly fee in after our return phone call free is ridiculous

Front desk staff are very rude!! Dr. Herrero is alright... not worth the monthly membership that I pay as their office is not open Monday-Friday for regular business hours which is very inconvenient. Would not recommend!

The front office staff are unsympathetic and cold. Third visit and every time you have the feeling you are not wanted there through voice tone and general disinterest. We then tried to call for advice on the phone as my daughter was showing some alarming signs of infection and the front desk snubbed us. Dr Vivian Herrero is nice and professional but the people around her are working against the standards she wants for her practice. Going to a new Pediatrician with my 4 kids. Bye.

Dr. Herrero is the best. Her office is made for kids!! Tons of toys, a nursing nook, play pens..everything to make you and your children's trip there a great experience. The best part is toys in every room. This makes the small wait to see her way less stressful with a toddler. She listens and respects your parenting choices and truly cares for children. Her office staff is the best as well. Very kind and helpful.

She is outstanding. Dr. Herrero goes above and beyond any doctor. She is wonderful to my 2 daughters. She keeps her word when she tells you that she is going to do something for you. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for my 2 girls!
