William Rowland's Online Review Report Card

He’s patient and caring and has been my doctor for many many years. I now drive from Palm Beach Gardens to Boca to see him, because he genuinely cares about his patients and I trust him! It is true that there have been issues with the office staff and lately that seems to have improved. I realize that he’s a doctor and not a business man and it might be helpful if he is made aware of any front office issues.

Never waiting long for my appt

Dr. Rowland has been my personal physician for over 20 or 30 years now and will remain that as long as I live, and he remains in the practice of medicine. I have the upmost confidence in his capability. He is very easy talk to. He listens well and offers medical care that I have total confidence in.

I do not know what is happening at this Doctors office but I have been trying to reach my Doctor for a few days now and noone will let me talk to her!!! When my blood test results came back the office personnel would not let me talk to my Doctor and when I asked questions the would not answer me and they gave me orders to go get more tests and told me if I did not do what they were telling me to do then I need to to go find another Doctor. I am flabergasted!!! I have been a patient at this office for 20 years and have never been treated so badly!!! I am sure the Doctor Rowland does not know the office personnel are doing this. And am especially sure that my Doctor, Dr. Murat does not know this either. This has got to be against some sort of HIPA law!!! TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Dr. Rowland as a physician is fantastic. It is unfortunate that his office staff is so terrible. It is impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you do, they are rude and don't have the right information. I would have liked to remain a patient but his staff makes it not worth it. There are plenty of great family doctors in Boca with professional, knowledgeable, polite staff.

I am not sure what happened with some of these patients who give this office a bad review. I was quite impressed with everyone in this office . Everyone was pleasant, helpful and it made the visit enjoyable. I wish every office was run like this.

I have gone to Dr. Rowland a couple of times and have an upcoming appt; however. I'm not sure I'm going to keep it for the following reasons: 1) It is frustrating trying get through to the office (to make or cancel an appt.) Every time I call I get a canned message and I end up waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for someone to pick up. It takes forever to get through. 2) I believe the doctor schedules too many appts (back to back). My wait has been much too long and finally when he sees me, he seems to be a little rushed to get to the next patient. When I go to a doctor, I want him/her to be focused on me, only, not anything or anyone else. Like most docs, he spends more time documenting my visit on the computer than he does attending to my reasons for being there. When I leave the office, I feel like it was not a thorough experience. I like the Doc but he's to busy and his front desk staff hates answering the phone!!

Amazing. The staff and Dr Rowland were so amazing. I just moved her from NY, and was so nervous I wouldn’t find a doctor as good as my Dr in New York. He was awesome. Explained things very well and I felt so good after I left. So happy My friend referred me to him. The staff is exceptional as well. So, so Happy.

Dr Rowland is very friendly and is a great communicator. He listens when you speak with him and provides the guidance that is needed.
