If I had to choose between Dr. Frankenstien and Dr. Deven , I would take Frankenstien any day. In my opinion he is the most inconsiderate, and doesn't really care about your needs . Also his staff are inconsiderate and uneducated in there field.

Totally inept office staff. Telephone rings forever with no answer during office hours. By the book diagnosis, drug dispensary approach to treatment. Empty words out of his mouth. Just a script writer.

Have gone to this office twice and the doctor I see is very nice but my dealings with the office is extremely frustrating. Saw the doctor on Friday for what I think was a cold. A covid test was suggested and even though I'm fully vaccinated and have the booster, I said sure. It's Wednesday evening and even though I have called every day for my results I have no answers. They keep telling me someone will call, no one does. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Don't waste your time with this practice! After calling and asking if they were taking new patients and if they took my insurance they said yes as long as I was assigned to them. I went through the whole process of having my primary Dr changed to them which took almost 3 hours to do. Then when I called to make an appointment they took my information and said they would call me back. I heard nothing back for 5 days, so I called and they told me they weren't taking me on as a new patient. Please don't waste your time with this practice!

Terrible doctor. Shows no compassion, a cold fish. No chairside manner either. I have a HMO and needed a referral to a heart specialist. After waiting over 2 to 3 weeks I was denied. His reasoning was I was seeking too many referrals when it was ordered by a specialist. He knew better! Then he had the nerve to ask why I was seeing a specialist in the first place when tests show progression of the problem. Incredulous!!! To make matters even worse, as an at risk patient I could die waiting for his approval, he non-chalantly replied "people die everyday" If you need an HMO do not choose this doctor. He only wants to please the HMO'S and CASH customers.Beware!

The staff is great, I have been with this office for a long time and appreciate how they take care of my needs.

I absolutely love this doctor and all of his staff. Couldn't ask for a better place to go if you need a doctor.

Absolutely the worst medical professionals I have come across in my 65 years. Dr. has the personality of a fence post. Just nods when you state your issues , getting a response is like pulling teeth. Sorry to inconvenience you Doc. The staff is so pathetic, I dont know what they do all day, they certainly don't follow up on your requests for Rx call ins or referrals. Then they tell you someone will return your call, be advised don't count on it. I gave up requesting Rx refills, it was either see a new Dr. or die. The office manager looks like she in in High School and doesn't follow up on anything she tells you. I complained to my insurance company. The medical board is next.

been going to dr deven for over 16 years, my wife over 10 years and we have no complaints. there may be a bad apple or two working in the office and they don't seem to last to long. we think that the office manager (miss Meghan).is friendly and very helpful . wife and I would recommend Dr. Deven to people we know

How this guy is a doctor is hard to understand. All I'll say is; if you're concerned about you health, avoid this "doctor".
