This was my first appointment with Dr. William Barlow at Borland Groover in the East Palatka location. The young lady at the front desk was proficient yet I was not greeted with a smile. Check in process was completed quickly seamlessly thanks to the technology offered by Borland Groover which enabled me to complete the patient paperwork online prior to my appointment. What a time saver All I had to provide was my insurance card and ID. Within 10 minutes of my arrival I was greeted warmly and with a smile by Kelly who escorted me to the back for the patient interview and to take my vital signs. The wait time to see Dr. Barlow was also short. He has an excellent bedside manner very professional introduced himself greeted me with a smile and a handshake was polite and immediately set me at ease. He took time to ask me questions and answer all of my questions. Actually I had very few questions as he was very thorough with questioning and with providing information regarding the specific reasons I was there to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Barlow and Borland Groover.

Easy to locate the address however two other medical offices share the building...this could be confusing as I did not notice any major signs advertising the office. Plenty of parking and easy navigation to and from the main road. The office was clean and tidy with nothing in disrepair. The staff was prompt pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. Based on my experience I would use this office in the future if a need arises. Thank you Borland Groover.
