Dr Barnes and his staff were able to perform an operation on my legs that other doctors told me was impossible and that there was nothing they could do. Thank you Dr Barnes your the best
Saw Dr Barnes for 7 years, so sorry to hear about his passing January 2021. Was a good doctor, listened to my problems and addressed issues that I had. God speed brother, Blessings to you and your family and Rest In Peace
Yes. Did 3 surgeries and always explained everything so it was understandable. Wamted second opinion and found him at Deborah.
He seemed unable to communicate results of testing he requested
If I could give zero stars I would. I made a new patient appointment back in February of this year, they had no openings until March 20th. I took it, understanding that new patients take a little more time to schedule. The day before that appointment, they called me and told me he had "flu-like" symptoms and they needed to reschedule me to April 22nd. Today, I called to remind myself of what time my afternoon appointment was and after getting their answering service (who, I assume, can't do ANYTHING for him, because you can't talk about medications, appointments, or pretty much anything to do with the office) for about an hour of calls the office rep that picked up told me that she was actually in the process of making calls to cancel these appointments. At that point, I just cut her off and told her to take me off of everything because I'm NOT waiting ANOTHER MONTH for an appointment. This is unacceptable.
Very good dr. Great staff !!
BEWARE - this doctor is unable to keep track of the prescriptions they write and will refuse to answer your calls during business hours and cant get a simple answering machine. Their 'answering service' will refuse to take a message and they will effectively deny you your basic rights to your medicine. Our Pharmacy has been trying to get in contact for TWO MONTHS with no results. IF you are able to take time off of work and walk into the office to speak to them about the prescription issues you're experiencing they will not even have record of what they have prescribed to you and will send the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. Their ineptitude and indifference has prevented myself and my child from accessing our birth control and they literally could not care less. Horrible!
Dr. Barnes is a great doctor, been going to him for over 15 years. His staff is awesome!! They always answer the phone and help you as much as they can. Recently, I had an issue scheduling another "referral" appointment and when i called Dr. Barnes staff and informed them of what was going on, they said they would take care of it and make sure someone from this other hospital called me back that same day. The hospital did so and I thank Dr. Barnes and his staff for taking care of it.
I have been going to Tim since I was a little girl before he stopped seeing children and I continue to go see him now that I am 41. He has always been the best doctor imaginable. The most caring staff I have ever been around and I couldn't ask for a better doctor/family. Now that my daughter is over 18 she sees him as well and feels very comfortable with everything he does for her. I wouldn't have it any other way.
Excellent doctor, staff. Explains things easily and folloes up with you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
