Patricia Fredette-Huffman's Online Review Report Card

My husband and I have been going to Dr Fredette for almost 15 years. Her bedside manner is amazing, very compassionate and listens to you. She is a great doctor who actually cares about her patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We also love seeing Shelly when we can’t get in to see Dr Fredette she’s also wonderful and caring. These ladies are truly the best.

Doctor Fredette is amazing. Her and her staff are so warm and caring. It reminds you of what doctor offices used to be like when they remember and ask how your other family members are doing. It's nice to know you are not just a "chart" in the office but they actually care and treat you as such.

I’ve had Dr. Fredette as my primary for many years. I went to her last Friday for an infection and she prescribed an antibiotic. I took it twice and both times it made me nauseaous and I vomited. I called her answering service Saturday morning and told her how bad I felt. She said either stop the antibiotic or take just half a pill. I told her I didn’t want to take it at all, so she said it would be Monday before she could call in a different one. I said that’s fine. She asked me which pharmacy I use and if I was allergic to anything. I waited all day Monday and finally called the pharmacy this morning (Tuesday), only to be told no prescription was called in for me. I called Dr. Fredette’s office and her front office person said she would have to ask the doctor and call me back. The clerk called about an hour later and said Dr. Fredette told her I said I was feeling much better and it was only the antibiotics that I was having an issue with, and she said she told me if I began feeling bad on Monday, to call the office! I never told her any of that. A bladder infection doesn’t just go away on it’s own. I tried telling the office clerk I never said that and she said ‘stop interrupting me!’ I was shocked and said, oh, I’m interrupting you!” And she said, “Yes you are!”. I tried again to tell her I’m in pain and need an antibiotic and she yelled again not to interrupt her. I told her I couldn’t believe how I was being treated and she said, “Well, if you don’t like it, change your doctor “. I hung up and then tried calling back to the office 6 times and every time the call would go dead. I am over this and will go to a quick care clinic for my medicine tonite after work. Oh, and she said they would call me with my lab results and never bothered with that, either. 😩

Very caring doctor

Fredette has been my primary care doc for years. But these past few years have been filled with nothing but incompetence from her staff. She never gives me refills on my meds and her staff are like slugs when it comes to processing refill requests. I'm definitely looking for a new doctor soon as I'm sick and tired of having to jump through hoops every time I need a prescription refill. Unfortunately I do not know her last name, but when I call, the only one that ever helps me is Ashley. The rest of the staff needs to quit online shopping and do their jobs. INCOMPETENCE IS THE WORD

Dangerous do not attend this office

Dr. Fredette is by far the best physician I have ever known. I have been a patient for over 15 years. She is the kindest, most compassionate doctor I know. I have recommended her to many of my friends and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a family physician.
