This office is dysfunctional, the over worked staff stepped all over themselves. Very difficult to obtain a simple referral, let alone wait forever to be seen. Dr sent me home sick has to call another Dr office to get needed meds. Run as fast as you can from this office.

Dr Buchanan is an amazing Doctor! I love her! However the girl at the desk who checks you in is very short tempered and very unprofessional. She became angry with me when I couldn't remember a specialists name who I had been sent to about 2 months prior and started talking about me to another co-worker saying she couldn't believe I would forget the name of a doctor I went to.

They don't get any pickier than me. So when i tell you Dr. Buchanan is an excellent doctor and her staff is as well. If your having issues, she takes the time to listen and to address them. I've never waited longer than 10 mins. I live in Deltona and have plenty of doctors i could see here but for a good doctor, I'm willing to drive.
