Susan Hole's Online Review Report Card

Excellent. She saved my live. I had cancer and she was the only doctor who got it detected. I was in advent health hospital, New Smyrna 2 times and they told me it was a foot fungus when in fact it was. cancer. She set me up with an excellent surgeon who removed it. She is very personable and I like talking with her. I would not go to another PCP. She is the best.

Susan Hole, where were you? At a most critical time you failed. During the last days of a patient's life Susan Hole and her office staff failed to provide support that resulted in unnecessary suffering and frustration. The family completed all requirements for the completion of physician statements and the DNR. This included a teleconference with the patient to determine mental competence. The family was advised the documents would be completed within six days. For two weeks , the office staff kept saying the family would get the documents, or a call back. Susan Hole and her staff did not have the courage or decency to notify the family as to why they would not complete the paperwork as promised. They failed a patient and family that put their trust in their competency. Susan Hole, where were you?

Office was courteous and helpful...was seen right away

Absolute nightmare experience! Rude, argumentative staff. If considering new care or continuing care- read the reviews! I should have. GOOD RIDDANCE!

This doctor needs to retire. She is absolutely horrible and is more interested in just writing scripts than helping with the real issue. I can't remember getting more than 5 minutes and another script ever with her.

Excellent caregiver

Very bad experience here, not only with Dr. Hole, but with her past Dr. staff as well. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy!

Moved here from NC. Didn’t realize how terrible Medical Care was there till we moved to Fl. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sue for nearly 3yrs. My son and his wife changed Doctors and are extremely happy with Dr. Sue. Her staff is fantastic, not only do they take great care of us in every way but they are always smiling and willing to take the time to make us feel special. Dr Sue’s recommendations for specialist in the area saved my husband’s life. Her ability to read her patients and act accordingly is something we have not had the pleasure of with past doctors. I was diagnosed with COPD in NC but her Allergy treatments has allowed me to stop useing oxygen, and the change in RX has made my life easier… BEST DOCTOR EVER

Would not recommend her. She has no interest in evaluating your entire medical history just interested in prescribing medication. Thankfully I have enough medical knowledge to have known better to not take the medication. Decided to go to a specialist for a second opinion. The specialist requested my medical records from her office twice and never received them. Again thank goodness I had requested copies of my test results from the hospital so I had my records.. No meds recommend by specialist

I have been with dr.sue for at least 7 years and she is the best doctor I think she is wonderful kind and cares about people that go there very nice doctor she has been there for me and was there when I needed her any time day or night/i have called at night a few times for diabetes called every time goes beyond I just love her .could right a book on her. thank you so much for being for all the help your the best
