Meus filhos são pacientes da clínica deste que nasceu e gostava da pediatra, mas inteligente decide mudar de pediatra agora porque a política da clínica é horrível. Precisei de uma carta da médica para conseguir o estacionamento para deficiente, pois meu dois filhos são especiais, me cobraram 50$ só para fazer a carta. Assim mudei para outra clinica que não cobra para fazer estes processos.

Cada ves que vicito aqui con mi hijo pequeño,no importa si esta vacio o lleno la espera es insoportable facil de 3h,tienes que esperar aunque tengas cita anticipada,poca limpieza!!! para ser una lugar donde esten Los ninos,casi nunca hay donde sentarse. Y cuando en fin entras a ver a los doctors no dura mi 3 mits contigo,muy poca preocupacion por el paciente

The place look dirty, they send you in the rooms without even cleaning them from the previous patients. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or if you arrive early the waiting time is up to 3 hours, last time i had an appointment i had to leave because it had been 3 hours and they still didn't call us, and when you go ask them how much longer they're rude and tell you "you're not the only patient there" had to find a new Doctor for my kids.

Love Dr. Muriel and the office staff. My children have been going to see Dr. Muriel for years. Recommend having an appointment when you visit.

This review is nothing to do with appearance but the quality, kindness, and the treatment i received from the very 1st phone call. When i made the appointment i had the pleasure in speaking to Grace. Grace made the whole process easy and i appreciate the urgency in getting me right in right away. Most places make you wait weeks if you are a new patient. To me that makes Grace a rock star!!!. Then when i came in i had the pleasure of meeting Marie, Dan, and the Office Manager Ceasar. They were friendly and made the check in process pleasant. When we were taken to the back we were tended to by Nilma and Gavi and they made my daughter, who was not happy to be there, so comfortable they had her cracking jokes. Dr Muriel was the icing on the cake. Very professional and very attentive to your needs. Wendy & Hector the Nurse practitioners were very informative and had a great way about them too. Overall my daughter and I left there feeling great and knowing we were and will continue to be in good Hands. Keep it up y'all, you definitely have a good team!
