Cynthia Bryan's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Bryan is kind, caring, & compassionate! She takes her time with patients and listens to them. They feel valued. She is very thorough.

Dr Brian is amazing. People complain that she may be late and make persons wait. It is because she is very thorough and she makes sure she looks at everything and spends personal time with her patients. I've had cancer, I'm diabetic, hypertensive, I have a neurological problem, glaucoma, heart issues and others. Trust me, I would rather have someone look at everything and be correct or find the missing links calming my nerves than being in the dark. She even explains things. And she gives you the information you need for a good outcome or she will refer you if needed to the appropriate care. She's the only doctor that knows you're supposed to diabetic foot exam instead of skipping that too like many like my endocrinologist. I can't live without her. And when she says she's going to do something? Unlike the worst doctor I've ever had in my life before her? She covers all bases. I'll come back if anything goes bad, but I have had a year of heaven with Dr Bryan.

Long long wait and never answers questions regarding our aging mother's health. Now she has disappeared with most of the medical records.

Agree with previous comment. She was a decent doctor at one time, but waiting for 2 hours for an appointment with my aged mother is ridiculous. If we called with any concerns or questions (and this happens with an aging parent), the office NEVER called back. We went by the office to ask a question, it is now vacant. I heard she now works at the VA clinic. I guess that means our next appointment is cancelled.

She overall takes time and listens to you and not rushes you through an Appointment . Very thorough and stands on her medical knowledge and methods. Been a long time since, I’ve been seen by a physician that listens and wants to help the following situation and not blow you off.

I'm 71 years old, and I've been a patient of Dr. Bryan since 2008. She is a friendly, compassionate and learned internist. When She enters the waiting room, with a big smile, you get an immediate feeling that she will provide you with the level of care that you have always wanted and needed. Her staff is friendly, courteous and efficient.

I have resubmitted a new review on this Physician since the 2016 Review. Please do not go by that review. It was when I was new and had no experience with her under my belt. I now have had that and my opinion has completely changed. She is not the doctor she once was. I really hope my other post that has my review is posted soon. I want you to be able to make an informed decision. Pro or Con it is a personal decision. As you can see she has not been rated but two times and that was two years ago

When she had her own practice & I started with her she was the closest thing to an angel I had ever seen. In the end, before joining a grp prac. She was a matter of fact, heat/lungs & out the door. Waits were always long in lobby up to 2 hrs & exam room up to an hour more and I am dead serious about this because we timed it once for only 10 or 15 min. Didn't listen to concerns. Forget you when in hospital. Discharge you when even the nurses thought otherwise. because you inconvenienced her. & what happened was a serious issue was brushed off. Now a cattle herder for a paycheck. Cold and impersonal.

When she had her office she might have run behind a lot, but for the most time (at least me) she always took her time with me due to my other conditions. I always got a hug and told me to behave. Also, she would not leave me, just have her arm around me. She cared like no other doctor that I have ever had or seen. I am scared to lose the the Cindy I know. I even sent her several fruit baskets from Edible Arrangements

Dr. Bryan was recommended to me years ago by a friend. That was 13 years ago. Since then, my husband and I; as well as many friends and coworkers are now patients of her. You will NEVER find a more caring, respectful and knowledge Doctor. She has guided me through many surgeries and illnesses. I wouldn't be alive today if it weren't for Dr. B and the good Lord pulling me through. She will research and do all things possible to care for her patients.
