La doctora y asistente son buenísimas pero el personal es fatal. Se entiende que por la situación de Covid19 hay que tomar unas medidas . No se puede entrar alas oficinas te hacen esperar afuera un buen rato aunque tengas cita no hay personal pendiente quien llego primero no hay organizacion entonces cuando te vienen atender preguntan quien llego primero y ahi se forma el despelote rl ultimo que llega se quiere atender primero las enfermeras no saben tener control y para terminar las actitud que toman es peor. Aprendan a organizarse!!!

I am writing to you today to inform you of the horrible encounter that I have just had with my PA Yudelka. I called in today due to me having a UTI that does not seem to go away. I sent her my report and she then prescribed me Cephalexin 2 times per day for 10 days at 500 MG. I took all my medication but I am still not feeling any better extreme pain in my kidney area and I have to go alot sometimes its still a little bit sometimes nothing. I asked my boss which is the CEO on my company and he advice that the medication that was given to me does not work to cure Enterococcus Faecalis thus the reason for me to still be in so much pain. I will be removing her as my provider. She has the worst bedside manner I have EVER seen, I don't think she realized that I am Puerto Rican and although I can speak it I do understand it very well. I like appreciate getting called dirty and being told that it is my fault that I have not been cured because I am not cleaning myself correctly after I use the restroom or have sex. I am a very clean person I do clean myself more then enough but that is none of her business to be telling me that. I have been through this before as well she talks in Spanish really bad in front of her patients thinking they don't know what she is saying which I do. Lastly, when I call in its because I need her help. I don't appreciate her telling me what is the problem and why are you calling me. When of course I am calling only because I need her help. Once again Horrible bed side manner and she will no longer be my provider and I will make sure everyone knows how bad this experience was. I am not one to do this but I feel that this was the last straw with her.

Do not go there , horrible customer service and the doctor didnt even asked me about my allergies after I told them about it, needed medicine didnt even prescribed it , when I was done she walked out the room without telling me we were done , service is horrible please do not go there

No Stars is not possible......if it were that would be the review Called for an emergency quicky appointment, just need a referral to a Urologist, have that appt booked for tommorrow morning but they wont see me without a referral from a GP!!??? Yea I have no idea why, anyway I was told I cannot pay with CASH for this appointment I must have insurance, I've only been in the country 2 weeks and my insurance hasn't kicked in yet..... so to be clear THIS DOCTOR WILL NOT SEE YOU IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE, CASH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE..... Ridiculous.

Made an appointment for 11AM came in 30 min early for paperwork. At 1130 I was told she was running and hour and a half behind, so I came back at 1230 when told been here 10min still haven't been called back. Just saying a little disappointed in the speed of this doctor office. Workers are friendly which is a plus. Even though the employee and the doctor was nice I waited way to long.

Dr. Floridalia Cruz & Andrea del Salto are the BEST Drs I've ever met in my life. I feel so blessed to have them as primary Dr for me and my 2 older kids. I wish they could see my 6 years old too cause they are amazing. They are always on top , listen to you and actually care. LOVE THEM!!!

I recommend this place. Today was my first visit at this office. Starting from the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor they were very sweet to me and made me feel welcomed. The doctor and assistant really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure i left with all my needs fulfilled. Cant express how sweet they were to me and treated me very well. I don’t normally do reviews but I honestly believe they deserve to be praised on their service on how they took care of me
