Worst service, no respect fot the patients' time. Yesterday March 16, my husband had an appoitment at 10:45 am with Dr Ale-Castro. After 1.5 hrs of waiting, they said that the doctor was running late and it will take one more hour because they had one more patient inside. They never care about how tired my husband was after working the overnight shift. We decided to leave without seeing the doctor, we lost the respect for this place. The personal lauging and the doctor only came outside to get a free coffee from Starbucks......incredible!!!!!

She is an amazing doctor great bedside manner, but always 1hr plus waiting before you get called to go into a room then another 20- 30 minutes wait. I would recommend her to my friends who have patience for waiting

Refused to see me as I did not submit medical records, which was the reason for the appointment to set up lab work. Did not even have the courtesy to come into the lobby to explain to me in person.
