Bad experience. Waited in the waiting room 35 minutes past my appointment time. Then was called into exam room, where I waited another 40 minutes without anyone tending to me or communicating with me. I seen a lot of patients coming in after me and where tended to way before me. I eventually walked out of there. Both the receptionist and Tech where sitting at the front desk chatting, I guess that was more important than tending/communicating with your patients.
Dr. Patel and the entire staff at Excel Pain and Spine are all so caring and professional. Appointments are on time and the staff is very efficient.
Office, staff and clinicians are great, the only reason I did not give them a 5 is because they told me to arrive 30 mins early and the office didn’t open that early.
Very nice staff, explain everything well, have never had to wait long for my appointment.
My visit was excellent, all procedure was explained very well, and the explained things that hadn't been aware of. Yes very professional from the front to the back.Thank you QSM
"If you're in that much pain, go to the emergency room" said the front desk person at a pain management clinic 😂😂😂
first let me point out I love this place , so when I ask I expect to be heard , I am always a person with Amy , she's fantastic. been a patient here for years , Dr. Patel or Dr. Cory both are great. today I had a test done , the level of care I got from Dr. Mathew Vassaur , was not what I expected , first my test required 12 needles they was not as all explained ti me , I learned as he went .That was difficult to handle but I had no choice. My major problem with this doctor is , I had a problem with the medication that Amy prescribed, I was having a reaction to the medication, I had asked two separate people who set me up the the medication might be changed , they said sure the doctor can do this . BUT when I asked the doctor he just said not my problem nor my responsibility to change the medication, Amy would have to do it , when I asked to see Amy before I leave he again said No! Their schedule was so full they couldn't fit me in . I said it's only a medication change he said can't do it . I pointed out my co pay is 55.00 per visit I only need medication change , it doesn't make sense to pay for this please let me see Amy just for 5 min , he said it's my my choice it's your insurance, they won't see you twice in one day . Keep in mind he is a doctor , Amy is a PA, he knew of my history, he knew of my issues I bright it his attention. He blew me off I wasn't important enough to take 5 min to just do what I asked . The tech afterwards told me to tell the from desk I needed to speak to Amy , they would have fit me in . I waited in the waiting area 5 or so min another tech came out and told me that the doctor said No . So no was the answer cut and dry . I put up a stink again no was the answer. I put up a larger stink I became angry . The response was no . I waited to see Amy about 49 min . When Amy came into the area for a min , she waved hello But had no clue I was waiting to see her . I stewed a few more min then left . Never Ever go to see this doctor , Dr. Mathew Vassour , while might be a good doctor for some he's shit doctor for me , I never ever want to see this man again . I am the one in damn pain not him , I am the one who takes the drug and continues to have the side effects or stay in pain to the point I can't walk to the bathroom to pee . I hate doctors that feel that they are a doctor and because he's the doctor they are the second coming of Jesus . I am pissed and angry and outraged. This is not the norm at this practice, never see this doctor . I hope one day day he has a run in with a doctor just like him . If he lives long enough he will . Oh and I don't usually give reviews .
Dr Vasseur is very knowledge about my issues and listens. I trust him. The staff are always nice to me as well.
Office very unclean, staff unprofessional and rude, No-one calls back to schedule appointments. I am a patient here and only went here 3 times before they said they would not see me anymore? I cannot get an answer as to why they wont let me come back even though I am established there. When you try calling no one answers and will not call you back. When call center calls you to make a appointment, they are very rude
Was all very nice and prompt as well

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
