Katarzyna Zolkos's Online Review Report Card

I had a new patient appointment on January 19th. I recently moved to Florida and needed a new PCP to prescribe my ADHD medication. Upon scheduling I was told I may need referred out to a specialist so I allowed myself plenty of time before I would need a refill of my medication to get an additional appointment in with a specialist. At my appointment, Dr. Zolkos informed me that because I already had a confirmed diagnosis and my dose didn’t need adjusted that she would have no problem taking over prescribing this for me and to call back when I needed the medication filled. I left with an order for my yearly blood work and an appointment to come back when I was due to my yearly physical in July. Today I called in and Dr. Zolkos refused to fill my medication and had her office staff tell me I need to go see a specialist. I explained the above to the receptionist and after a few calls back and forth, I asked if I could speak to the provider directly. I was told she wouldn’t call.

Unfortunately I was told she would be very busy for the next several months and wouldn’t have time to return my call. So now I’ll be left to run out of medication that you shouldn’t skip doses of because my treatment plan wasn’t properly documented on her end.

Dr. Zolkos has been my primary care physician for over ten years. She is always warm and personable, taking the time to listen. I highly recommend her.

I have been trying to refill a prescription for Blood Pressure but have not been able for two weeks. Her office staff are no help and I get hung up on everytime I call.

I have been trying to get my blood pressure medication refilled and was basically told tough luck. The ladies in the office didn't seem to care. Who does this??? So now I am without my blood pressure medication and I will have to wait now until Tuesday to look for another doctor! Merry Christmas to me :(

Dr Katarzyna Zolkos is taking care of my health for 8 years now and she always does a perfect job! She does a perfect diagnosis, she is super efficient! I trust her 100%! Her husband Dr Thomas Zolkos is exactly the same : he is also very efficient and always does a perfect diagnosis. My husband and I are their patients for 8 years, never had complaints. They are perfect! You can’t go wrong with them

She is very nice and easy to talk to and listens well. She is very good at explaining things to you and answering any question you have.

I have been going to her for about a year or 2 now and she has done wonders for me. She never makes you feel rushed and takes her time with you and explaining things to you. Love her and her office

Dr Zolkos was great as my physician growing up! She even diagnosed my mother with diverticulitis while many other doctor failed at diagnosing.

So far so good. We just started with her but she was very receptive and had time for us. Not a rushed visit. Very personable.
