Spotted appendicitis right away. Also recognized a chronic cough in my partner and was able to have medicine removed and cough cured.

Very thankful for his office getting me a same day appointment, and he immediately sent me in when I presented with an appendicitis. Would recommend him highly.

Very attentive doctor (Dr. Katrazina) and has been on point with her diagnosis each time our family has seen her. We have full confidence in her recommendations when needed. My only complaint is that it takes a dozen calls to get through and many, many times it will ring and ring and ring and once someone answers they intentionally hang up. THAT is how busy this practice is. Can't see ourselves going anywhere else though.

Contrary to the previous reviews; My experience with Dr. kataryzyna Zolkos have been really positive thus far (I have seen her for about 2+ years). She is VERY attentive, listens to my concerns, and takes her time with me. I wish they took labs in the office, but so far that is my only complaint. When I shared some neurological struggles I was having, she was quick to find a great referral.

April 2022. Arrived for appt. near end of the day. Waited 45 min in waiting room, understandable as there were four others in front of me. Finally led to a room, one or two vitals but no blood pressure taken. Assistant led and said Dr.will be in. Waited thirty minutes plus, no one came. I could hear thru the thin walls, a male voice holding conversation not of medical issues. I went to the desk and informed I have been waiting but no communication on delay. I left. The visit helped me; find, another provider.

The only good experience I had with this practice was with the friendly front office staff. The nurse who took my vitals twice was cold and dismissive. I was the sickest I had ever been in my life and came down with a weird rash later that day, called the office and talked to the nurse... no one ever returned my call. I have hypothyroidism and Dr. Katarina Zolkos never once examined me or even laid one finger on me over 2 visits (1 new patient and 1 problem visit). I had mono and she said that my insides were possibly enlarged, but never once examined my abdomen. A week later my throat started closing up and my heart rate was off, so I called the office in efforts to avoid a trip to an ER. It was after office hours and the lady who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive, but said that she'll call Katarina and she will call me directly. Never called me. My husband called again that night, the lady was "shocked" I hadn't heard from anyone, at least she was a bit nicer to him. Still no one called me back. Stuck it out until the morning when the office opened, called twice that morning, in which Milla ?? the nurse finally returned my call and told me she would speak with katarina and let me know. Finally calls me back at 2 pm saying that katarina had left for the day but can schedule me an appointment for next week with an incredibly condescending tone even stating, "I've already spoken with you today" and "if you don't like it, go somewhere else" Ended up going to the urgent care to be examined; I was dehydrated and may have nodules on my thyroid, which probably would've been caught earlier if I had actually been examined. I'm a healthy young adult and was terrified because something in my body didn't feel right. If you are looking for a practice that takes patient concerns seriously, I do not recommend this practice.

Scheduled appointment as a new patient, stopped by 2 days before to pickup new patient paperwork to complete before hand, arrived 10 minutes early... and then sat in the waiting room. After they were 30 minutes late for my appointment, I left. It must be nice to run a business where you just don't care about other people's schedules.

Never had an issue with Thomas. He is very understanding and has always given me great care. One time I sat in waiting room past my appointment, all other times I get right in and have been taken care of. So far this office has been outstanding.
