Staff were pleasant and professional only had a few minutes in the waiting room and Dr. DiTomaso was so comfortable to talk to. He really listens and sincerely cared about my questions and concerns ... which he answered politely and completely.☆☆☆☆☆

Told to arrive at 730 for an 830 procedure. Still in waiting room at 840. Then RN rushed me in went over paperwork quickly and came in to do my IV. I told her it hurt really bad Ive never had an IV continue to hurt after its in. Wheeled in to surgery room and anesthesiologist started med. I told her my arm was killing me She said Id be asleep soon. Never happened. The IV was not in correctly They pulled it out and tried my other arm to no avail then put it in my hand for procedure. My arm hurt for 3 days afterward. Couldnt even use it the first day. WHEN YOU RUSH YOU MAKE MISTAKES The RN there should be reprimanded

I have been very happy with Dr DiTomaso. Been going to him since we came to Florida in 2015. All his employees are great. If it wasn’t for him doing a route EGD on my husband he might not be here.Gulf Comprehensive Gastroenterology Florida Digestive Health Specialists are Great.

The staff and Dr. D was absolutely awesome They got me in fast and he listened to everything I had to say and really made sure I understood the information he was giving me.

I was pleased to get my appointment and procedure scheduled so quickly. Very friendly office and willing to answer questions.

The staff was friendly but this office was not practicing safe social distancing measures. I felt uncomfortable with the amount of people in the waiting room and the close proximity of people. The office was not taking temperatures upon entry. Everyone was wearing a mask but there was at one point 10 people in a 15’x10’ waiting room. I would have much rather waited my my car to be called for my appointment.
