I have seen Dr. B for most of the time she has been in Englewood. She’s treated me through the good bad ugly. She rates high on my gratitude list. I trust her 100%. Often she runs behind it can be frustrating BUT when it’s your turn you understand. She is never hurried and addresses everything you ask about. Often no almost always your 15 minute block extends to 2025 minutes. Frustration evaporates when you realize she gives each patient her undivided attention.

Also if you need an answer from a diagnostic report the fax will be lost on a pile of papers and the Dr. does not make the time to read it or have the staff call with the results.

Most amazing doctor I have ever seen. She takes the time to explain everything to you. Shows compassion as if you are family to her and will listen to everything you have to say. Every doctor I have ever been to has always judged me and never took the time to diagnose my illness. The first visit with Dr. Bassetti she immediately took action and I now know my illness and she is helping me every step of the way to get better I will never go to anyone else.
